SuMo is a good tool for motivating Sales and changing their behaviors

Pros

No special knowledge required for integrating it with Salesforce.

Cons

The unit price is a bit high as it is charging per Salesforce user accounts. This gives us additional considerations/barriers on scaling up.

Great application with fantastic customer support

Easy to use in terms of creating behaviors, competitions and assigning users into different groups.

Cons

If we could set the time for how long information appeared would be a fantastic addition.
