Auto-Dialing

VanillaSoft’s auto-dialing feature makes it possible for sales agents and telemarketers to complete more calls with fewer mistakes. The platform’s auto-dial feature provides users with both preview and progressive dialing modes. This creates call continuity and increases call activity levels.

The most popular type of auto-dialing within VanillaSoft is progressive dialing. When your agents use progressive dialing, they are provided with the next best records on their screens as soon as their previous calls have ended. The record that appears on the agent’s screen is then dialed automatically by the software, which removes the lag time between outbound calls.

Lead Scoring

VanillaSoft enables sales agents to score and rate leads while telephone conversations are still in process. The platform’s lead scoring feature provides agents with the ability to assign scores based on menu-driven responses. This collection of data points can then be used to calculate a lead score and determine which leads are cold, warm, or hot.

In order to focus your energies on the leads most likely to convert, you should use VanillaSoft’s lead scoring feature to determine the likelihood of a lead converting while a call is still in process. Using menu-driven responses, you can input data points into the VanillaSoft platform. The software then uses this information to provide actionable intelligence to sales agents. In addition to determining the highest value leads, its lead scoring tools can also act as a guide in deciding when you (or your agents) should reconnect with particular leads.

Email Drip Lead Nurturing

Email marketing tools help sales teams stay in front of their customers in between phone calls. Emails are a valuable tool for educating and qualifying leads, as well as for brand building purposes. The software’s email marketing module includes tools for creating templates, sending automated drip emails, and managing email campaigns.

Using VanillaSoft’s email drip lead nurturing feature, you can create an email campaign that automatically sends messages to your contacts whenever certain triggers are met. For example, an email might be sent out one hour after the last call was placed to the lead or one day after an appointment date has been set. Email drip campaigns setup with VanillaSoft can contain multiple rules for triggering emails.

Call-Activity Management Dashboard

Detailed call statistics for each campaign and agent are available through VanillaSoft’s call-activity management dashboard. Users can see the number of calls per campaign, broken down by lead source. They can also run the dashboard for different periods of time to track historical results.

To better monitor your sales campaigns, visit your call-activity dashboard on a regular basis. The dashboard allows you to visualize how your agents are performing. You can view the total calls by lead source, contact positives by lead source, calls by result group, or stacked rankings of users by calls attempted. With this information in hand, you’ll be better able to reward top agents and determine what lower ranking salespeople could do to improve their performance records.

Vanilla Soft is an easy-to-use lead management program that has smooth integration of outside applications, a wealth of flexibility in their templates, and (with some improvements) is a contender for a top choice in lead-management systems.

Pros

This is an extremely easy-to-use interface with lots of flexibility to add client information.

Cons

The form tabs should be able to be duplicated within the same lead. Once the form is created and approved by the administrator the end user (employee) should be able to create duplicates of the same form.

I rarely have any problems, but on the occasion that I have had to contact customer support, they respond solve the problem swiftly, even if the problem is my own fault.

Pros

I work with the contact management, deduping, intellective routing/filters, and email features the most.

Cons

The deduping feature can be irritating because the quick select is lacking in options, so often I have thousands of duplicates and I have to go through and select the ones I want deleted one at a time.

Pros

Call recordings are easy to access by campaign, agent and lead status. KPI metrics are also easy to find and you can create custom data queries and save them for future use.

Cons

If you need inbound call center features, I highly recommend you select Ring Central as the VoIP partner to integrate with VanillaSoft.

It is compatible with several VOIP softphones and is ideal for any outbound calling campaign.

Pros

Ease of adjustments and the ability for users to record copious information about the contacts.

Cons

Sometimes latency issues restrict our ability to be proficient, but that also results from the Internet Routing, not necessarily the platform. VS has recently upgraded their hardware and we have seen awesome improvement.

Cons

Setting up this integration enabling click through tracking is a self-service process done by the end user of VanillaSoft and takes less than 5 minutes.

Pros

VanillaSoft CRM has the ability to notify a user when a “sent email” from VanillaSoft was opened by a recipient.

Cons

As the URLs in those sent emails are clicked by the recipients….VanillaSoft users will receive an automatically generated Visit Intel Site Alert detailing the VanillaSoft email recipient’s activity, listing their company name and contact information, so the sender (VanillaSoft user) can take any necessary action.

My teams are significantly more productive than they were on any other CRM software, and VanillaSoft is absolutely intuitive, requiring less than 15 minutes of training for new reps.

Pros

Of course, these features can be limited if your lead generation model is different.

Cons

The software could use a bit more power in its integration capabilities and reporting, but I appreciate that they stay focused on the core objective of keeping my reps productive!

I like how I can quickly go from lead to lead because the more dials I can make the more productive I am ($$)

I can track production on accounts, I can track sales prospecting.

Pros

routing options, dashboard layout, able to customize.

Cons

I would like to be able to note a record with having to terminate it. There are times when a client has synced their calendar to ours and this will sometimes block us from being able to terminate a record and I have to go in on the admin side and add a note that way. Too time consuming.

Overall, this is my "go to" system. I wish it was a little cheaper but it does what we need it to do and it does it very well! If you work in this system every day, it will make you successful! Hit the start button and go!

Pros

Including my son who just told me yesterday that he always loved Vanillasoft because it took the guesswork out of the picture and only showed you one lead at a time.

It's not going to do social or look up lead data etc...

Nearly Where I Need It to Be

There have been times where I have had to call more than once for a recurring issue, but it has resolved within a few days of contact. Thank you Vanilla Soft.

Pros

You are able to go back and see those who have called before if they are imported contacts from all imported calling ports.

Cons

There are times where I would like to use a certain result code or tab as to create reports but am not able to.
