Veelo overview

Veelo is a cloud-based sales enablement platform which combines tools for onboarding, training, ongoing enablement, and optimization in a single platform to support the full sales rep lifecycle.

Veelo’s onboarding tools allow users to create role-based learning paths for new employees, using video, audio, and interactive content. Onboarding programs can replicated with course cloning and automated scheduling [to save time], and completion certificates can be generated automatically for program completions. Reports enable users to monitor learner progress, course completion, and competencies, by team or individual. Sales reps can also be coached on-the-go with micro-training based on the sales situation, prospect type, sales stage, industry, and other factors. Built-in templates assist users in creating training materials, sales playbooks, and on-the-go coaching, and practice scenarios and action reminders can be used to provide practical practice for reps.

The Guided Selling feature in Veelo automatically recommends content to sales reps based on product, vertical, sales stage, role, and other criteria. Users can search for and browse content in all repositories, with results surfaced using document titles and internal text. Email integration allows reps to search for, view, and share content with customers and prospects from within their inbox, and approved content can be shared with prospects via email and social media, with real-time engagement tracking. Activities and engagements are automatically recorded in CRM systems, reducing the need for employees to manually enter information. Veelo also includes dashboards for monitoring revenue, usage, and content engagement, and reports on training impact can be generated.

Great resource for sales enablement. Very pleased.Veelo is simple to use application and great for storing content. I personally love the salesforce integration. Each salesforce opportunity includes the content from Veelo that is relevant to the particular opportunity. This makes it very easy for sales to have relevant content right at their fingertips.
