I've used a few other call recording platforms and Wingman has been the best quality and cost-effective tool. I highly recommend Wingman for any sales manager, individual quota-carrying contributors, or any member of sales organizations looking to review, analyze, and give feedback on sales conversations that happen by phone or video call.

This is a critical tool as part of our sales tech stack. We love the integration with Salesforce and Clari and ability to keep track of both calls and demos. I personally spend at least 2 hours a day using Wingman to review calls, look at deal energy and score my teams calls to provide them instant feedback.

                                                       So we weren't using any sales enablement software before Wingman, though we did take a look at what else was on the market during the process.
                                                       The process with Wingman and the way they actually went about the sales process was really positive. They gave us a trial, which allowed us to test it, make sure we were happy with it, and we felt really supported from them throughout. And they were really just addressing the things that we needed, which was that we wanted a way to look back at our sales calls and apply group learnings.
                                                       It was so easy to onboard Wingman. It was probably one of the biggest draws of introducing it as a product. They were really supportive throughout. They gave us an account manager who helped us do it, but we were up and running with the software within a day, which was exactly what we needed it to be. As a small team, we don't have a lot of time to have really long, drawn-out implementations. We wanted something that would be speedy and something that would be effective.
                                                       What I would recommend is that you make sure that it's integrated in with any video calling software that you're using. So whether you're using Zoom or Microsoft Teams or Hangouts, make sure that it is fully compatible with what you need. It was for us, and that was absolutely crucial. And in terms of implementation, just make sure that you are in contact with your account manager. They actually do a lot of the lifting for you with Wingman, which is really helpful.

                                                       For our company, we use Wingman for everything from our sales calls, all the way through our kickoff calls and beyond. It's so helpful for me as a content strategist, because instead of having to just take notes during our calls, I'm able to sit back, listen, and fully be present in my meetings, and then Wingman does the rest.
                                                       My favorite feature of Wingman is its searchability. I can go into any previous conversation and just pull up ... I have certain words that I tag that I am looking for, and it makes it really easy to just jump back into a conversation, reengage myself with the content, and then really be able to deliver for my clients.
                                                       The only thing about Wingman that's a little funky for us is just having to explain what Wingman is. Most of our clients don't have a problem with it, but it does take a little bit of extra time to introduce who else is in our Zoom room, and kind of take that extra beat to explain what Wingman is and how it's going to help the call today.
