Pros

It has also increased accuracy and transparancy of the commissions and sales. It has a great analysis tool and reporting The customer service is awesome as well.
My experience has improved greatly now that I have a better understanding in terms of the functions that are used by my company.
It is mostly intuitive and it is a great resource for the sales team. They like having a real time view of their commissions.

Pros

Easy to use, learn and adapt. Fast applications and helps automate analytical decision making in supply chain with great partners with excellent industry knowledge.
I've been very impressed with the functionality and capabilities that Anaplan offers. It also seems to be very versatile.
Overall though this is a great way to organize and track our forecasting, actuals, and goal metrics in order to measure success at an aggregate level.

Cons

It is confusing, Many different categories that can be difficult to see specifically what has been earned.
Insufficient dispute platform, currently not more than a mailbox.
Data never up-to-date for current month (i know this is on the data entry side more than the xactly product). Poor UI for estimating future commissions.

Cons

Clueless internal communications. Company is completely disorganized.
Thus, there comes lots of problems while storing data and scheduling plans. The creators should look upon these issues and update the features.
There are a few minor issues with the tool's functionality, but they are so insignificant.

Training and support were great as we got started using this new system. We are still trying to figure out all the capabilities for Anaplan and how it interacts with our other systems including Salesforce, Xactly, and EDWBI. Overall though this is a great way to organize and track our forecasting, actuals, and goal metrics in order to measure success at an aggregate level.
