Pros

XaitPorter is the perfect solution for anyone who produces technical or commercial proposals. It is so easy to use, proposals look great (and in line with our corporate guidelines).
Standard and streamlined output, easy to learn and start using, great for team collaboration. Perfect common source of info/library.
The ability to monitor revisions and the database for storing images. Excellent for controlling permissions and reviewing rights.

Pros

It has been an amazing platform for all our educational needs. This is probably the best product that a university or school can invest in especially during this pandemic situation.
Overall MS Teams is a very good software with amazing features and amazing customer support.
Everything is extremely user friendly, with a nice graphical interface and all the other added integrated features are really a nice bonus too.

Cons

Automated editing or formatting is limited. Numbering and transitioning from word documents have some trouble.
Search and replace does not work on attachment names I have found.
As far as I know, they've forgotten about my request. Me and my team spend a lot of time manually numbering items in tables and we frequently make mistakes that show up in published documents.

Cons

When video is being used and when a different background is used and when the person moves it looks very fake and weird.
It has bad connection when working remotely. With a team of 30 on one call, we were getting every other word in and it made meeting ineffective.
The most frustrating part is that teams can crash if there are too many people on at once.

Cons

The price of the XaitPorter is a little high as compared to other tools. Otherwise, it is a very useful application.
