Pros

Great dashboard that gave insight to all mobile devices. Loved the ability to see which devices were out of compliance with policy and updates.
Solid and stable product for all you Mobile Management need. Great support backed VMware.
Best MDM Solution in the field, solid support for various platforms, some complexity.

Pros

Most importantly, DocStar's customer service has been TOP NOTCH...although to be fair, we hardly ever have to call them since the solution is so stable.
The feature that I like the most about the softwareis its ability to help us organize our documents.
I found it very user friendly and easy to set up. I looked at several different programs at the time and very glad I choose DocStar.

Cons

The upgrade process is very difficult and often generates errors. Installation of the system is very difficult.
Updates to both application and console can sometimes lead to a very confused and frustrated admin. Should give option to opt into update.
The device enrollment and single-sign-on sometimes is difficult to setup at the first time. Re-enroll devices is require if the user switch to a different device.

Cons

Sometimes it's more complicated than it needs to be to build a workflow. The need to download some files in order to view them is bothersome.
Often have problems trying to move or email a document.
Past and present employee information is always at your fingertips. Fingertips that no longer have to deal with constant paper cuts.
