In general, it is a good antivirus, it helps to protect the equipment and the system, therefore it fulfills the expected.
It meets the security needs of users, scans networks for harmful failures to connected equipment, acts firmly in excluding viruses.
Some vulnerabilities in the scanning system failing to observe important files and folders.

In all, Avast Endpoint Protection Suite woks perfectly for me.
Avast Endpoint Protection Suite is one of the best protection software I have used on my computer. it is easy to use and the database is frequently updates by developer.
I have never had any issue using Avast Endpoint Protection Suite. The software works as advertised.

The user-friendly simple design of Avast Endpoint Protection makes it apt for small organizations like mine where the IT is taken care by a non-expert administrator. The choice of consoles is also exemplary as it caters to the needs of both basic and complex networks.
Lack of firewall, file-server and email server protection. Also, it can only secure device interactions with the network but there is no protection mechanism for securing data on lost devices.

Having a few desktops and laptops, all of them are equiped with avast anti virus. We feel the small investment is totally worth it
The price of the software suite is probably one of the best around. Plenty of tools to keep our desktops and browsers safe.
Sometimes the popup messages can be a bit annoying.

The software is very easy to use! The new interface has been redesigned for modern navigation styles. New users will find it easy to use, while geeks are still able to access advanced features. The virus database is on-time and real-time updated so you are guaranteed to be protected anytime.
The Avast Endpoint has different types. You need to select higher types according to type of protection you need. Endpoint Protection Suite Plus is the highest protection you can avail.

With the constant use of internet and social networks, the antivirus protects the information, and in the daily work it is required to download many documents or files, so that it blocks immediately and does not allow download those that are damaged, and that could cause greater damage to the PC.
It is an antivirus that detects malicious software that is in the cloud with a lot of speed, it provides security to the information of those who access the networks from the internal part of the institution, which in our case is a state institution, so Wi-Fi networks are public. It allows that the PCs in the different departments or computer centers remain protected from unscrupulous people who seek access to private information, protecting the ticket trays. He is constantly checking the behavior of the programs that are used daily, which allows him to detect the viruses, and makes scans and cleaning at the moment that eliminates them immediately. And it can be used in any type of organization, and even in personal PCs.
Usually the problems are installation, because you have to meet minimum system requirements. Another thing that is presented is with the components of the program, which in some cases the state stops, and does not allow it to start from the user interface, because the files or disk entries, system folder or registry Windows are damaged, which requires advanced technical knowledge to correct.

Fulfills the security needs of small, medium or big organizations. It has also provided option of a simple web based console for smaller organizations so that it can be managed even by less-skilled IT people. Also, an option for desktop application based console is there for larger organizations with more complex networks.
It lacks the ability to secure and wipe out the data from lost or stolen devices which are out of network. Also, there is limited provision to monitor data going out from the network.

The best thing I like is their centralized Enterprise management console which can handle complex workstation structures and hierarchies prevalent in MNCs from a single location. It offers an assortment of reports which can easily be customized as per the business needs and can be configured to generate at a particular frequency. Remote deployment of updates and patches is also possible which is an efficient way to keep all of the endpoints updated automatically whenever they connect to the business network.
Avast Endpoint protection suite does support only Windows PC and file servers. There is no support for Mac and Linux based workstations. Also, there is no support available for securing mobile devices which have become an integral part of today's business.

The benefit is protection against viruses and threats on the internet, its free versions among others
What I like most is that it is easy to use, it contains protection for most of the current viruses, it updates its database online and unlike norton antivirus does not compromise the resources of the team in terms of speed and use such as social networks of facebook youtube that in the case of other antivirus produces interuption in the processes and makes them slow
It must be connected to the internet to update the viruses, it has no parental control in case it is used for an educational network

After reading the reviews for Avast Business Antivirus Pro Plus, I was satisfied that this was the software that I needed to protect my business. It's done a great job so far and has been very user-friendly. Another reason we decided to go with this software was due to its compatibility with MacOS.
The best thing about Avast Business Antivirus Pro Plus is that it offers tons of included features beyond simple antivirus protection. It has the ability to scan emails, check the security of Wi-Fi networks, protect from webcam spying, and much more. Perhaps one of the most useful features is that of the "sandbox." The sandbox feature allows you to run programs on a virtual computer before actually installing them on your own.
The software costs just a little bit more than its competitors. For a one year subscription, we pay $75 per user. Despite having many essential features you need for your business, the one thing it does lack is ransomware protection.

We've had lots of malicious code planted on our work machines from accidentally visiting hacked websites. After installing this software we've hadn't had any issues.
Avast has a phenomenal suite of protections that help our business run without issues each and every day. At least 2-3 times a day Avast stops malicious websites from being accessed or stops malware from reaching our computers/servers. Really great for a web company that's always online.
The cost isn't cheap but the service is great. Not all viruses are caught so using this in conjunction with few other software should help.

Ideal solution for SOHO networks of up to 199 computers and no servers. So, it becomes ideal for Small and medium businesses who need to protect their workstations and don't need to pay additionally for the server protection. Also, depending on the network configuration, it offers the choice of consoles which is a very unique feature. Further, one issue which I have always faced with antivirus solutions is that they tend to occupy a lot of resources and critically slow down the machine. Thankfully, with Avast this is not the case. It takes moderate resources and there is no noticeable slow down of the machine. Also, the ability of Enterprise Administration Console to support mobile devices is good to have.
It is only effective when the devices are within the network. Once the device is out of the network, It does not provide a way to protect data located on stolen/lost devices.

One of the things I’ve always loved deeply about all versions of Avast is its 30-day free trial, where you can see if it’s the solution to your problems, both individual and corporate. The avast suite was the first antivirus model I got and used on my computer, since my childhood, which I just switched to solutions that I thought were more robust and efficient. I really like the fact that avast has...
1 - Much more customizable than other antiviruses in the same price range. 2 - Detects a reasonable number of threats. 3 - The program's firewall is exceptional in its detection. 4 - Its compatible with Mac OS, Windows and Windows Server (best value I found for server protection solution). 5 - Three different types of protection, so you can choose the one that best fits your use and your company.
1 - Some more advanced threats were not detected, which started to worry me. 2 - Although it protects you (sometimes try to protect) from spam and other threats, the program opens several pop-ups, visually polluting your desktop a little. 3 - Strong problem to protect against some types of spam. 4 - The difference between the three versions: Regular, Pro and Pro Plus, are not so significant to justify the price difference between them, being that it would be more interesting to have only a more robust version.

Very simple and agile solution. We really enjoy working with Cato.
Simplicity of how we can now control our communications and security.
Cato pricing can be challenging and requires to evaluate internal communications and security costs to calculate a ROI.

Looking to combine SDWAN with a high quality network security solution, that has easy to use secure remote access software. CATO is able to accomplish this!
I like it all. To be able to consolidate critical services into to ONE, with a single pane of glass to monitor and manage from...it's a winner. ZTNA is now needed more than ever, and to be able to include that with SDWAN, is a great way to go.
I think the user interface could be made to look a little nicer and user friendly. Also, on smaller accounts, more user friendly billing terms would be helpful. Other than that, no issues about the service offering, the quality of the install and support teams, or the pricing. It's all top notch.

Implementing Cato Networks has increased our security baseline footing by moving traffic management farther away from our internal network, decreasing the attack surface. It also strengthened our remote user access restrictions and control, and increased our internet bandwidth and network availability.
- Edge firewall protection as a service rather than on-prem hardware that requires constant updating and lifecycle replacement/support. - Remote access methods that connects remote users directly to private backbone network and from there to resources. Lessens requirement for all traffic to flow through main office network for resource access, removes insecure split tunneling for internet access. -...
Like any other change between vendor offerings, there is a learning curve on migrating existing policies and routes/uses to the new setup (for example, firewall setups and NAT/port forwarding were different than our Fortinet equipment). Frequent usage and help from deployment specialists have lessened this and increased our self-reliance and understanding for day-to-day use.

We use Cato for routing and QoS over several sites and cloud datacenters, and the overall experience is great. We don't use instead security services, so I can't express myself for that. The product is inexpensive compared to MPLS or competitors, so it defintely worth the investment. Highly recommended.
Cato offers a complete SASE suite that you can bring up really in a few hours. By choosing to connect your sites with the hardware appliance (Cato socket) you can have them online by simply connect the WAN port to the Internet. Alternatively, you can connect your exisiting infrastructure using IPSec or, in case of cloud subscriptions, using the virtual version of the socket. All the traffic and security rules can be defined using the cloud console, same thing for the network ranges to connect through the cloud router. Eveything is super-simple and super fast, leaving all the complexity of a global SD-WAN behind the curtain. Support team is available for any need and very fast in answers.
QoS rules are applied at the Cato PoP, sometimes we had slight issues over the last-mile where the traffic shaper failed to avoid line congestion. Especially the "Limit only when the line is congested" feature resulted ineffective in those cases.

I would recommend CATO to anyone looking for a networking solution out there. It's quite affordable and actually works. It makes the whole experience of using a VPN memorable.
1. Security - CATO VPN guarantees a secure connection when accessing client platforms 2. Single Sign On Feature saves a lot of login time (available for Windows, Google, etc) 3. CATO VPN is really fast and reliable compared to its competitors out there 4. They have an awesome support team. Always ready for feature requests.
1. The GUI can feel a bit cluttered. It's hard for a beginner to find what they are looking for 2. The Bulk/Mass user update feature is still missing 3. The CATO Client can keep on disconnecting sometimes

Some of the benefits I noticed migrating from Cisco firewalls / IPS / VPN and Velo SD-WAN to CATO SASE: - My connection to Azure is no longer a somewhat buggy Cisco ASA to Azure, site-to-site VPN, and the remote access VPN users no longer have to tunnel through the main datacenter to get to Azure. Instead with CATO, you can stand up a set of CATO virtual appliances in Azure. The virtual appliances...
I came to CATO from the Cisco world. I had 20+ years managing Cisco Firewalls/IPS/VPN/etc and one thing I required in a new solution was customization. The ability to fine tune security products to fit the specifics of different environments is critical in my opinion. CATO does require time to learn the system to get the most out of it, but it's no more difficult than Cisco firewalls.
I'm very happy with CATO. One thing I would like to see in the future is the ability to write custom IPS rules.
