At the end of the year everything is prepared for me in a very simple way. Great and helpful customer support team as well.
The only difficulty we've encountered is what you might expect from any new software tool - getting onboarded takes a while, especially if you need the entire team on the same page.
I am also a color-coordinated type of person, love that feature. It is so user friendly and a breeze to learn how to use.
This results in faster reporting and less risk of errors. All reports are easily exportable and I can upload into my accounting system easily.
Friendly and accessible support team is a huge plus.

This is a very powerful solution. It provides great compatibility for remote control, and it is very easy to use.
I dislike that the visual components of ACL are limited.
Flexibility in solutioning with ability to do analytics and automation and reimporting results to create info worthy reporting. And not to mention the good and fast support given.
I can hardly pinpoint any of the feature that is missing.
ACL Analytics and ACL Robotics - Simply Amazing capabilities in the windows version and the GRC platform. The ability to automate repetitive tasks is awesome.
We currently utilize ACL to normalize data (names) and then conduct fraud analysis on the payment requests to prevent duplicate or overlapping requests.
The ACL community and support provide literally thousands of scripts and other helps. The new features keep coming and are amazing, like the ACL Robotics (automation functions).

HyperProof has been a solid partner through their product offerings and excellent support in helping us mature our compliance programs.
I no longer need to rely on spreadsheets or static documents, an entire program can be run and updated in a few minutes and provide continuous oversight for compliance maintenance.
Fantastic experience with the tool and the company. Great support in building up our programs of control and delivering custom features that meet our needs.
It can be a little difficult not to need multiple tabs of Hyperproof running to get the full picture of what you're doing.
Hyperproof is a great compliance platform backed by a phenomenal fantastic team. The customer support is incredible.

The fact that Netwrix always includes new and better features all of the time. Great price for the software and once it is in place and working it is very stable and solid.
It gives us errors but doesn't explain exactly what the error is so we can fix it, it tracks windows 10 but has trouble tracking Windows 7 updates.
I like how easy it is to deploy and upgrade. The new 9.0 interface is a great improvement over the previous version.
Some of the plugins are hard to use. I have a hard time figuring out what is causing errors sometimes when it runs its nightly scans of my systems.
I must also give kudos to the Netwrix helpdesk, as there are very knowledgeable and have assisted successfully on numerous occasions.
Missing some real-time features and alerts. Difficult to Integrate with other auditing software.
I like that I have can a "one-stop shop" for all my auditing needs. Very easy to use and the support folks are great.

The simplicity of this product is fantastic. Its on of the easiest and most simple piece of software to use with the most effective results.
It fails more often than not and the upgrade instructions listed on ManageEngine's website has inaccurate data (lists the wrong batch files to use, etc).
Overall ManageEngine Audit Plus gives you a great AD Admin and Audit experience. I would love to recommend it.
The upgrade process is the worst thing I've ever seen in a software product.

It doesn't sound so bad, but the upgrade process itself is dependent on this antiquated process that uses a batch file and a Java utility.

The instant access and reporting across the business, the ability to re-take and enact the surveying is a great asset to the compliance of our business.
Updating and versioning has been somewhat confusing.
The iAuditor Software is by far the most comprehensive all-in-one compliance system I have used thus far. The ease of use, thousands of templates and real time uploading is outstanding.
No possibility to create "action plan form" for addressee based on list of failed points. Action plan would be filled online via safetyculture web app.
It's easy to photograph issues and highlight areas for improvement and the reports are all stored for future reference. The dashboard is also useful and allows us to track our audit programme.
The save/close options for inspections was a little confusing at first not knowing if it says completed but then we got use to it.
Customer service has been great, and more importantly, they are continually improving their platform.

Its intuitive user interface provides a wealth of valuable information, and the comprehensive package it offers is notably devoid of any significant drawbacks.
There are minor complaints about editing documents inside the product, but for us it has never been an issue. Standard Fusion is always updating and adding new features.
The best part of StandardFusion is working with their Customer Success team. They are very prompt in answering all of our inquiries.

Gensuite's ability to analyze information across a large enterprise adds value for my team. Gensuite also has great workflow capacity and wonderful customer service.
Product support has been lagging at times when there is a problem.
Outstanding customer support and bug fixes, the "Help Me" feature provide an excellent and fast communication channel with the technical and administrative teams.
The user interface is ridiculously complex, and cannot be changed. After four years of use, my employees still complain about how difficult it is to enter information.
It is great for tracking incidents, OSHA Logs. The Compliance Calendar and Action Plan are great tools for tracking proactive and reactive action to inspections, incidents and regular requirements.
No Security gate log to manage emergency evacuations.
Robust framework allows for excellent incident tracking. Compliance calendar is also very helpful, as is the inspection tool.
Why do we have to 'pay' to get 'basic functionality. Why does it take so long for things to be addressed or fixed.
All of its wonderful capabilities and the program is very easy to use.
Used for required training on workplace violence response.
The simple user interface, the dedicated App and the ability to configure the platform have provided us with an easy transition to the platform.

I greatly enjoy working in the system, the Resolver team in fantastic and very responsive. Any issues that may come up (rare though they are) are handled quickly.
Upgrading from version to version is quite disruptive to our operations and we have typically found a fatal error the past few times we have upgraded.
Having previously submitted evidence from prior audits is very helpful during audits in progress. While the product is great, the support team is what makes the overall experience the exceptional.
There are other aspects of this software that I don't access as they are difficult to navigate and not intuitive.
The product is affordable, and easy to use and track incidents. It also provides a great ROI and helps prove a security department's worth.
It continues to constantly bring up the same person. Incident and investigations are very difficult to search for past reports.
I like the ability to have multiple users work on the same file at the same time. The ease of creating reports frees up my time to do other tasks.
Its inability to allow downloading of frameworks and relevant report.

We are very impressed with the software, the costs and with the support we have received.
No visual representation of risk assessment process. Metric dashboards are not easy to customize.
Customer rep is great never seems to get aggravated with me. This is a great software for our safety program.
So far a good software suite. We've been using it for over a year now and are still finding new ways to leverage the system to benefit our programs.
The features I like the most are the ability to customize almost all forms to suit our needs.
This product allows for seamless Incident Reporting with ease of use for my end users.
The software is well-maintained and continuously updated. Customer service is excellent; staff is very knowledgeable and responds quickly.
This ability has made the software work for us, with minimum effort. I also like that the OSHA and DOT forms are auto generated.
I also like the way the software integrates our OSHA and DOT reporting to ensure we are asking the correct questions and documenting accordingy.
The program is very easy to use and is integral in creating our culture of Safety.

Our Onspring technical lead - [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and had a fantastic attitude.
There is a bit of a learning curve for new users, can be difficult to configure for individual needs. The stock software is very basic.
Working with Chris and Jason was a great experience. Customer support is superb.
So many attributes, sometimes difficult to understand.
Overall, great experience with the tool and good return on investment.
We store our workpapers in it for audits we perform. We do our risk assessment in it.

QM 10 is user friendly, customer service is great, the reports and other features can be customizable. It is a great tool for using so many indications.
Maybe due to lack of training on the tool or setup).
It is a very stable application and backed with great customer support when needed.
The lack of a back button functionality sometimes requires several clicks and page refreshes just to go back one page.
The ease of configuration, deployment and end user experience. It is an excellent software tool.
It has some details missing that do not influence its performance, for example, some lists of individuals are not sorted alphabetically but numbered so you have to search one by one.
Excellent- this tool has enabled us to significantly optimize our internal quality business processes.
Lacks two key features (soon to be fixed): no back button and some lists don't alphabetize.
The system is user friendly, linear, and in continuous improvement (we saw multiple huge improvements in the last year).
It's great for users management, training management, and document control and management. It's easy to manage and the team is very cooperative and open to suggestions.
