Pros

Dashlane is an established and trusted password manager. It makes it easy to manage multiple passwords, and also generates very strong passwords which is important in our business.
Dashlane has a beautiful, clean UI. It also has excellent integrations for all major browsers as well as mobile platforms.
A secure and organized way to keep track of your many passwords. You don't have to remember any of them and manage your online accounts with peace of mind effectively.

Pros

This is greatly used as this is a great place to save all the passwords and it will autofill. And also recommends when a new website is trying to create a password.
Keeper is an excellent tool for keeping your accounts (and all the data contained in them) secure, and it helps you create secure passwords without having to remember them.
Protection, ease of use, ability to share records with my account managers in the business and the price was good.

Cons

If you lose the master password, all the information is lost forever.
Suddenly stared failing without any reasons or hardware problems. One day it was working fine, then suddenly it just stopped working properly.
The only downside is if you have multiple credentials for one website, Dashlane will autofill for one credential which can make it time consuming to delete and reenter the correct details.

Cons

If those users go on to leave the company, you will be permanently unable to edit those records.
My client sometimes create loads of entries without folders and they are heavy users then get lost.
The only downside for this is - even logging from the same computer after 30 days it needs a code to log in.

Dashlane for Business

Really good, but also expensive

Reviewed 2 years ago

A big time saver as you don't need to store by yourself your passwords + it's secure + you'll connect automatically (most of the time) to the websites . Also, it's now working with your phone and tablets (at least for Android, I didn't check for Apple). I really love it and it would be hard to change back

Pros

Dashlane is a very useful tool. It allows you to save all your passwords in a secure way. That mean you don't even know to know them. You can go real hard with 16 digits password and use all different ones for your account and share them of course with your team. The best feature is that it will most of the time automatically fill in your username and password for the websites you're using and it's a real time saver !

Cons

The price for Dashlane Business. It's 8€ / month / user at the time I write this review. I think it's too much

Dashlane - The OG password manager that just works!

Reviewed a year ago

Right from day one, Dashlane has been a breeze to use. With great features and functionality that rivals it's competitors, Dashlane has made it extremely easy to store and use password within a secure environment. No leaks, no breaches - pure security!

Pros

Since we have been long time user of the free version of Dashlane, moving to the Business plan was only obvious when our business grew. It has been easy to use with multiple users. What's more? Every user account gets the family plan added that they can user for their personal use with family members.

Cons

Smaller business could find the cost burdensome especially in developing countries where maximum compliance is still expected but the cost becomes higher as more user are added.

Saves time and from huge headache

Reviewed 3 years ago

This tool saved my time, lost papers with written down passwords, all passwords are now unique and it pre-fills details in login windows as well as name, etc. I can easily share passwords securely and if needed access it on other devices on the go.

Pros

You need to remember only ONE password and that is it. No more reused passwords on other 25 places. It does all you need, securely and if some security risks are raised you get alerted, so lets you sleep calmly.

Cons

Dashlane Premium has VPN as part of a package, but business version has it removed. If you want it, you need to pay extra and that price is not competitive...

Relatively expensive and sharing passwords is very unintuitive

Reviewed 4 years ago

we stopped using dashlane business and switched to 1password.

Pros

The UI/UX of dashlane business is great! i love the functionality of the browser extension as well. Of course shared passwords is the main benefit of dashlane. Its also really easy to store different passwords for different teams

Cons

The whole point of dashland business is that you can have shared passwords between your teammates but the actual sharing is super complex. you first have to set up the password, store it in a vault for the respective team but then for some reason you have to share it with the individual team members before they can see it. Also in general: its not cheap so i wished they would have made the usage of this product a bit more intuitive.

Pros

Dashlane business provides a simple and easy way for myself and my colleagues to store passwords and notes in a secure fashion.

Great Password Management

Great service for personal use, but we decided against using it for our business.

Pros

Pros: - Great way to avoid having to remember multiple passwords. - The ability to manage passwords from a single account. - Easy onboarding. - Group-sharing features

Cons

Security! This is not particular to Dashlane itself, but the huge con of a password management suite is the fact that one breach of Dashlane could equal a breach of all your important accounts.

Keep your information safe!

Overall I really like Dashlane and would recommend to any small business that has passwords that are often shared!

Pros

This is a great way to keep all your information and passwords in one place, and keep them safe! It's nice knowing where your passwords are when you need them, and not having to worry about someone getting access to them.

Cons

It can be annoying to sign in with the two-factor authentication, but obviously it makes sense as it's just a way to keep your information safe.

Pros

The UI looks slick and smooth. Ability to separate personal vs business passwords is great. Can import from other password managers with ease with Import. Can also select which ones to import.

Cons

Good, But Lacking Compared To Competition

Reviewed 3 years ago

We ended up only using Dashlane for about a week until we decided to switch to 1Password.

Pros

My favorite feature of Dashlane is the ability to change all (or some) of your passwords at once. This is especially useful for a business that utilizes accounts that are accessed by multiple employees.

Cons

There were a few caveats that made us stop using Dashlane. Firstly, there are no folders, making it hard to manage our 50+ different account passwords and impossible to share specific folders with different media departments. Also, the price is higher than the competition, which makes it a bit unappealing when compared to something like 1Password (especially because they don't offer any multi-user plans on their lower price tiers).

Outstanding features as to why I would recommend Dashlane.

With the increased amount of 'hacking' that has been happening and the need for better security on all things being done on the internet, I feel much safer using Dashlane as it provides the type of services that give you peace of mind.

Pros

The integration to our business was seamless. It also made it less stressful in attempting to 'make up' passwords for all the various state, federal and medical service sites that are used on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Cons

I also love the password-generator feature, which creates ultra-secure passwords when I don't feel like thinking of my own.

Pros

Dashlane has a beautiful, clean UI. It also has excellent integrations for all major browsers as well as mobile platforms. The sharing facilities and security seem robust and well thought out and the security dashboard is an excellent point-of-reference if corporate data security is of concern.

Cons

While the core Dashlane functionality is fantastic, the additions that come with 'Business' are currently thin on the ground. The 'spaces' feature is useful but perhaps lacking in sharing options. Dashlane is amazing for password security

Reviewed 3 years ago

Dashlane is a password protection app that every business and individual should invest in. Virtual security is not something to take lightly and should be protected at all costs.

Pros

Dashlane is a must-have for password security. You can store an unlimited number of passwords, snd add emails, security questions, and other notes to each password to make sure you have all the information in one spot. Dashlane also allows you to store secure documents and sync your passwords to your device so they auto-fill on your web browser when you log in.

Not as User Friendly as Competitors

Reviewed 2 years ago

It is an adequate platform that gets the job done but I have to admit that I prefer the ease of use and admin platform of LastPass.

Pros

Dashlane has some great visuals on password strength. The color coding to notify you about reused passwords or weak ones is helpful when thinking about your overall digital security.

Cons

It just isn't user friendly or easy to navigate for those unfamiliar with tech. The software isn't intuitive for people who aren't used to using password managers. There are some concerns about removing business accounts and it downgrading to free/personal accounts and then being unable to remove any of the previously saved passwords. It is a major security flaw.

It just cost a few money to work it fully and unlimited. But it's worth to pay when it comes to security and privacy.

Very Basic Software - does a good job but nothing crazy special

Reviewed 4 years ago
Pros

Keeper is awesome software for keeping your business safe and we've used it successfully. The pricing is pretty decent for the cost of security and it also encrypts your data too which is really fantastic. UI is clean and really good. The two-factor authentication is really annoying but that's always how it is.

Cons

It's nothing super crazy - the security and encryption are important but honestly it feels a bit obsolete/too unnecessary for a small business. It's good to store passwords and the security is definitely there but the software itself isn't anything gamechanging

Pros

Keeper is amazing. I simply cannot live without it. Being a busy mum, wife and starting up a business I don’t have time to be constantly scanning documents and resetting passwords! Keeper is a keeper in our household

Cons

I haven’t really found any cons with keeper it suits my family/business needs and we don’t require anything more

Keeper for Business is a great password keeper

Reviewed 2 years ago

Overall my experience with Keeper for business has been a good one, I'm getting more used to it everyday.

Pros

What I like most of the software is it's ease of use. The GUI is very well laid out and intuitive; most other password managers are very basic and Keeper definitely looks the part of a profession software.

Cons

What I like least about Keeper are two things; First, the search function could use some work, it's very clunky and often makes finding what you're searching for a pain. Also the load times when first opening the software are long.
