The power and ease of use are well balanced. I am able to accomplish all of the usual management tasks and many things I was not able to do with other, less sophisticated products. Smarter Cybersecurity Services & Solutions
What users mention about Webroot See all reviews I purchased this to clean up my computer - GREAT product and easy to install and use. Great reviews and I see why. This program can be used in different platafmormas and its price is competitive with respect to other antivirus in the market. It is light and does not slow down my machine. My overall experience has been great. I like the product so much that it is my go to for new PCs that come in.
IT Automation for Today’s IT World
What users mention about ConnectWise Automate See all reviews We love that we are able to do so much with the computers that we manage on this software. Also love that we can find out hardware information through this secure application. He's amazing, and has made this software do some really incredible stuff for us. It had good functionality out of the box, but we've been adding scripts and automation to it for 5 years at this point. Great customer service, with a large knowledgebase to assist in answering questions. They've been around a while, they're the best in the business.

Employee Monitoring, Insider Threat & Data Loss Prevention
What users mention about Teramind See all reviews The interface looks very good and the level of detail you can get access to makes this a great bit of software for tracking staff. The ability to view a users system live is a great tool. Retro-active security monitoring, threat management, & system diagnostics. I can't count how many times I've watched a recording because someone complained of a system error, but I had no evidence. The system offers a very proactive and detailed monitoring platform which quite frankly, is absolutely fantastic.
Network Monitoring For Serious Professionals
What users mention about PRTG Network Monitor See all reviews Easy to use, the free version of the software provides a good number of sensors to work with and easy to integrate. Don't expect them to go out of the way for you. PRTG has wasted 2+ hrs fighting with me on fixing something their software caused, something they could likely fix in a 5min phone call. I love the licensing model for PRTG. I can just buy a bulk set of sensors and then I can "spend" those sensors in any way that I like.
Incident Management & Operations Performance Software
What users mention about PagerDuty See all reviews The ability to to have the information displayed and on the go with the App is great for us as we can engage with stakeholders and its bought in consistency for out out of hours team on alerting. Integration with CloudWatch, webhooks, Jira is outstanding, functional, and reliable. The application has gotten better over the years I have used it. We also suffer during outages for the lack of a "acknowledge all incoming pages" button.
Network Monitoring & Management Software
What users mention about ManageEngine OpManager See all reviews This is a wonderful software that is frequently used by wide range of people for Network management. It's customer service is outstanding. I like how configurable the tool is, and I like that we can connect to it through their API. Also, their support is extra responsive when we initiate chats with them within the application. The reporting is also great, as long as you understand what you're looking at. The network management features and credential storage is also very good.
Cloud-Scale Monitoring Platform For Metrics, Traces, & Logs
What users mention about Datadog See all reviews Reliable, easy to integrate, supports all important types of monitors and events, fast UI. You can easily setup your dashboard for important metrics. Great web monitoring tool if you have the time to dig into all the options and settings. The user interface is really professional and good looking and the charts and graphs are well thought out. I think that the best features that Datadog has is that you can track and follow logs in real time, something really important to have if your project is live.
Machine data analytics based on ELK and Grafana
What users mention about Logz.io See all reviews I don't have to worry about scaling my ELK stack, those considerations are handled for us. Additionally the support is terrific, very responsive and the API documentation is outstanding. Logz is the gold standard for customer service among vendors I use. They've been incredibly patient and generous in helping me get the most of the product. Logz is significantly less expensive and still has great features. That, plus the customer service, would lead me to recommend Logz to just about anyone.
Remote monitoring & management for managed service providers
What users mention about Naverisk See all reviews It's was an amazing improve along those years and I am very confident to say that Naverisk hear what their customers have to say and align their development with the customers needs. Naverisk is a comprehensive RMM solution with a rich feature set which continues to improve. Naverisk support is very good and the ability to deal with real people makes a refreshing change. Great reporting once you get the hang of what its reporting. Awesome command line tool, great script packs.
The leader in enterprise wireless network monitoring
Enterprise IT monitoring and management made easy
What users mention about Netreo See all reviews There are many benefits to this product. The ability to see the status of whatever you want to monitor in one pane of glass has got to be the most important. This software is easy to use and have excellent customer support that will help you when and if it is needed. Easy to use, awesome support, easy implementation. Full featured, great dashboards and easy reports.
Remote Network Monitoring & Management in an IoT World.
What users mention about Domotz Pro See all reviews We love the various features Domotz offers. The ability to monitor all of the devices on our smart home systems with ease and received notifications as soon as a issue is found. Maybe my favorite feature is how it discovers all the devices on the network and does an amazing job of identifying them. Also the remote device connection feature is worth its weight in gold. The experience has been fantastic. I am not an MSP so cost is a big deal.
Cloud log management and monitoring
Ultimate All-In-One RMM Tool Suite for MSPs and IT Pros
What users mention about Atera See all reviews Ve used all of the major RMM tools and this is the best value for what I do. The support has been very good and they reach out to offer help regularly. Used Atera for a free trial, as I liked the idea of not having to pay per endpoint. The software a was nice and clean, but very minimal in terms of advanced features and integrations. Hopefully the ticketing and reports will improve and we can start using them. For us, the parts we use are worth the price, but hopefully we can implement the other features.
Turning Sight Into Vistion
What users mention about LogicMonitor See all reviews It has been my greatest pleasure to consistently underutilized and not take advantage of the vast configuration and customization options that this software brings to the table. Chat support is good and available 24/7 and we have a dedicated customer success team contact who can assist with any escalations, questions, or concerns we have. It has made training new techs a breeze due to documentation and ease of use. They are responsive to requests and open to help you help them build the product.
IT Systems Management Software for Internal IT and MSPs
What users mention about Kaseya VSA See all reviews All in all it's a pleasure to work with if things don't break, which is not too often compared to other software products. And what would be the fun if it never went kaput. The problem with the quantity of features is that documentation is a mess and the UI is difficult to navigate. The organization is too basic to support so many features. The interface is currently awful. Flash is not a technology that should be used in a modern product and the interface frequently fails to update accurately when using filters.
Cloud-powered SQL server performance monitoring
Application monitoring solution for root cause analysis
Cloud-based platform for monitoring network devices
All-in-one remote IT monitoring and management platform.
What users mention about Pulseway See all reviews If you dont have an Active Directory environment like myself, this is a solid option. Its not going to be AS robust in features and manageability but it comes close enough. The scripting tools help me accomplish tasks effortlessly for tasks that are not built in to the system, which is rare. It is also a very versatile/customizable tool for monitoring and notifications. I love the fact that Pulseway is so responsive, web accessible, and the support is amazing.
Uptime & performance monitoring made easy.
All-in-one performance monitoring tool for DevOps and IT
What users mention about Site24x7 See all reviews We are VERY happy with the Site24x7 solution. We can only recommend that you contact their sales team, and give the solution a try with a few servers, web sites or applications to monitor. Does not work on any site using a proxy or on cloudflare give false fake ips. I tried it on my site and after 40 tries i never got a real ip. Very good software for monitoring things like server performance or any website performance. Good to operate from both mobile and desktop and customer support of this organisation is very good.
Cloud-Based Identity Management & Single Sign-On System
What users mention about OneLogin See all reviews OneLogin is super customizable and will help make your on boarding/off boarding super quick as it will automate a lot of the process for you. Who doesn't love something that makes your life easier. This is a great tool to keep life simple and secure. I love this software because it allows for a multi-verification for logging in to important systems.
All-in-one automated web application security solution
What users mention about Acunetix See all reviews It gives me scope for improvement in my programming skills. As it gives the developer report as a part of the report its very indepth report and very useful for me to develop secure web apps. Very positive, support top. Software perfect for a quick, general overview of the web application security. Also, the GUI is very pleasant and user friendly plus you don't have to be an expert on the subject matter to use this.

Network security and managed file transfer solution
Vulnerability assessment solution for security practitioners
What users mention about Nessus See all reviews Also seems to think many of the things they mark as medium risk are low risk. This depends on your situation and network, but for me most of the medium risks can be disregarded. Is a great product to scan systems for vulnerabilities, nice GUI and easy to manage. Customer support has also been great to us. There are many way how to export the result of any scan, but the best are in HTML and PDF, because are easy to understand and explain to any person. I really like it and going to continue using it.
Cybersecurity tool for conducting simulated phishing attacks
Network security, network monitoring & endpoint protection
What users mention about ESET Endpoint Security See all reviews This program is very good, it leaves the computer protected against all threats from the web. It has a great virus database, being one of the best antivirus on the internet. The antivirus solution from ESET is currently the best on the market. It is more expensive, but you get perfect protection for your money. It's a nice antivirus software but it's not the best out there. It has a nice and clean interface and easy to use.
DNS-based web filter, malware/phishing protection & security
What users mention about WebTitan See all reviews Pricing is competitive with other web filtering technologies we have deployed in the past. Active Directory integration is a great feature and helps you identify user behavior. I really like the homepage for WebTitan which is a nice snap shot of the current web landscape of our company. It shows all of the allowed connections and blocked connections which is nice. WebTitan gives security and control of the content of the network. It's good that my company cares about cybersecurity and implemented this solution.
Cloud-based security software solution
What users mention about Avast Business See all reviews I have used other antivirus, some of them very famous and trusted, and I have never been able to find one with which I feel comfortable (until avast). You usually have constant pop-ups with warnings about simple tasks, which causes me fatigue and it takes me to uninstall the product. It is a fair good software, wish it could integrate more and had better feature for exchange. It works well in our Mac environment and PC.
Modular platform for computing, hosting, storage & more
What users mention about Google Cloud Platform See all reviews I would have to say that the worst thing about this product is the rate charged for the non-free software which is expensive for storage, download and support (pricier than AWS). I like that it's automatic, and you can select the folders you want to back up. They also recently added a 2TB option which is perfect for a full backup of important files. I love using google cloud storage, I love its integration with google drive. I can have it running in the background and it takes care of everything.
Easy, automatic cloud business backup
What users mention about CrashPlan See all reviews It gives me peace of mind that I won’t lose anything important. I am a wedding photographer and so it is nice to know my stuff is saved in multiple places. Great, crashplan will help you with that, trying to restore, you may run into problems with connections or SSL certificates. It seems like there are better options for better money out there. Easy to install and use in a hybrid setup, easy to deploy to users, unlimited storage (which is just awesome), customer support is good and they REALLY know their stuff.
Enterprise-level security technology for SMBs
Web-Based SIEM & Log Management Solution. Affordable Prices.
Complete open source management solution
What users mention about Black Duck Hub See all reviews The thing I like most about the Hub is the integrations. Engineers are moving toward a more automated build process and a have a tool that can support that is very nice. So far my experience with BlackDuck is great. I have seen almost positive response pretty much. The product is really amazing already. Hub knowledge bases are huge and growing day by day.
Machine data management and analytics
What users mention about Splunk Enterprise See all reviews I feel debugging is difficult. Drop down or drag and drop functions should be made available because it's difficult to keep track and remember syntax of functions and it's usage. The inbound and outbound data on our network traffic is outstanding. You can customize this logs to your benefit and creating dashboards on this is very simple. Excellent and reliable albeit slow place to turn when investigating an incident, logs are easily available and sortable leading to quick and accurate determinations.
Comprehensive SIEM solution
SaaS IT Management Platform for MSP and IT Pros.
Server monitoring software
What users mention about Spiceworks See all reviews Does what it says it will do but not very user friendly and there are better options out there. It is better to spend some money and get another product that is out there like Kayako. For the most part we like it a lot. There are some things that I'd like to change like the sub tickets and email notifications being a bit messy but overall I like it. The layout and interface are great and it has some great features. Interactions with all the options are easy and it seems like it was very well thought out.
The data catalog for data-driven companies

Security and risk reduction

Self-service data analytics platform for business analysts
What users mention about Alteryx See all reviews Great assistance from Altyrex - committed resources at no cost to help implement, train etc. A lot of willingness to help us 'prove' the business case - i.e. make a success of the pilot project. Overall, am a happy user, ALteryx saved time and effort on daily basis and opened many horizons for me to clean he data in a timely manner. I am very visual and enjoy knowing what I am doing by simply looking at the icons. This software can be as technical and as user friendly as you make it.
Simple team collaboration and backoffice software
What users mention about OneSoft Connect See all reviews The opportunity of using cloud platform is very welcome, you don´t need to care of internal IT. And it is necessary to highlight the simplicity and intuitiveness of OneSoft. I would especially like to highlight the possibilities for saving activities to all objects of datasheets. This way I can ensure effective coverage eg. I would like to emphasize the usage of Cloud Platforms, IBM SoftLayer, which I consider to be one of the best in the market. OneSoft is in my opinion suitable for use in the CRM area.
Enterprise-level intelligent business process management
Entity management & corporate governance
The secure mobility solution that unlocks your mobile potential
Backup and Recovery Solutions
End-to-end encrypted file sync and sharing
What users mention about Tresorit See all reviews I love knowing that we are using the most secure cloud storage available. This has made our goal to "go paperless" that much more reassuring for me and my board of directors. It often doesn't create links to shared files when using the context menu - it's hit or miss. Bottom line: not all files get synced and it's very unstable. Conflict files may result if you work on any files before they are fully uploaded to your Tresor, or synced to the PC you are working from if different from the PC you uploaded them from.
All Your Apps. Instantly Available.
What users mention about Rubrik See all reviews The RBAC controls are weak currently and the alert management is too high level. The sql backups can be missed if the server is too busy but this is a pro too. Overall this is a really nice product and it should be at the top of your list to consider if you are overhauling or replacing your backup solution. Frankly, Rubrik is an amazing product. It works seamlessly, has several advanced features, and is extremely simple to use.
Ensuring cloud security, compliance & control
The analytics app by Salesforce
What users mention about Wave: Salesforce Analytics Cloud See all reviews One benefit of using SalesForce is that I save a lot of time when I pull up account and I have the benefit to customize views to help me have everything organized. Expensive and there is always a hitch with Salesforce, but we are getting our money's worth and happy with the analytics we have built. The pictorial representation of the overall data and its mapping on the Dashboard is the most fascinating thing of this tool and the parallel processing is also remarkable.
The most complete case management platform ever designed
Data governance solution for business collaboration
Self service analytics and machine learning tool
Data privacy platform that helps businesses remain compliant
Enterprise file sharing & content governance
What users mention about Egnyte See all reviews Favorite aspect is the ability to share files and be notified when and where they are opened from. It's also nice to have version history for files. Egnyte does a great job for online secure document storage. With tight hierarchal permissions, it's a great option for remote companies who don't have local offices to secure sensitive documents. So far, very satisfied with it. Great for remote/distributed teams, good value for the money vs the mainstays like Dropbox and Box.
Backup Unlimited Computers and Servers
What users mention about MozyPro Cloud Backup See all reviews Great for syncing and backing up in tandem with Mozy Backup. My go-to software for backing up my important documents. I also like how easy it is to use. M not managing a huge number of devices, so it is nice that Mozy keeps it fairly streamlined for a mart time IT manager like me. A miserable, total, and utter failure of an application. Must have been designed, coded, and tested by monkeys.
All-In-One for SMBs - CRM, project management, and more
Performance testing and monitoring
What users mention about New Relic See all reviews Provides great real-time tracking. Lots of great integrations and alerting options make it easy to stay on top of your systems. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance from them. They want to make sure you succeed and are always glad to help you realize more value from your investment. I really love the interface, it's easy and powerful at the same time. You have everything you need.
IT infrastructure monitoring & alerting
What users mention about Nagios XI See all reviews The best benefit is the ability to create a monitor in a GUI rather than a command line. The best infrastructure monitoring tool helps a lot in managing any server for IT infrastructure which Contains All Needed Features. The UI and its functions are great. Enjoy working on this tool.
The network and application monitoring software
What users mention about WhatsUp Gold See all reviews WhatsUp Gold is good looking and attractive. The name Gold is catchy and intuitive with seem less team management and control. Whatsup Gold is obviously a good and useful product for people to use. The interface is friendly and the reminders are helpful. My experience has been pretty good, but as of right now we're looking at other more cost effective options.
Powerful, Affordable IT Management Software
What users mention about SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor See all reviews Perfect for solving your network issues and live monitoring is awesome. SolarWinds gives you the ability to automate certain processes and set alerts for other processes that allow you to focus on other projects and not be tied to your computer. Even a small company needs this software but its hard to justify. The way they count nodes against your license total is in my opinion unfair. What users mention about Panopta See all reviews It is my favorite platform for just monitoring websites. The outage simulator, easy tree-style interface, and awesome support will always make it a great system to work with. Once, in a while I'll get a false alarm. Although, it's typically due to a new monitoring IP that needs whitelisting. It's nice to get an iPhone notification as a heads-up before we escalate to phone/text. The UI to attach notification schedules to services is a bit unwieldy, but they've made significant progress.
Zabbix is the ultimate enterprise-level open source software designed for monitoring availability and performance of IT infrastructure components.
What users mention about Zabbix See all reviews It is a great tool for monitoring and alerting. We use the company and it shows very effective, has good integration with other tools, sending emails and alerts. Once this Software is installed, and configured correctly, it works as it should. Great for pro-active monitoring. The newly designed web interface is user friendly and help in implementing and deploy with ease.
