Pros

This is a massive difference in ability and why I feel JAMF gives my staff super powers to do more with less and raise the quality of our support all the while.
We manage round about 1000 Devices in a school district. It runs perfectly and is a great solution.
The community is a huge plus as you can normally get hard questions answered by pros who are happy to help at no charge. Support is great as well.

Cons

The interface can be overwhelming to a novice user. Things can quickly become confusing and overlapping services can make troubleshooting the problem complicated.
My main problem is that there is no find my device or location tracking as with other MDM's. We have thousands of student IPads and a lot of disappearing on a daily basis.
The software can be daunting to look at when you first begin to utilize it and in some cases confusing.
