The are not much to be configure or setting up in order to make the software up and running. The scanning process is quite fast even when they are scanning my 1TB storage device and i believe it is more fast that my previous anti-malware software. I also can schedule ahead for the time that i want the software to start scanning, so it won't interfere with my work.

The paid subscription plan for a team is not flexible enough, as it did not cater for a medium size organization. It has a good price plan for a larger group and small sized group, but not for a organization that are betwixt and between the two category.

We are small company and however, we got attacked with a ransomware which completely disabled our server. After that incident, every PC within the server got a copy of this program as a second layer to the windows defender program. So far it's been fantastic and detecting malware before it even reaches the computer, especially malware that you receive via email. Once you set it up initially, you dont have to mess with the program at all. Most importantly, it doesn't affect the speed of the computer. Furthermore, it is very cost effective

As a company we haven't had any issues so far with the program. Therefore I do not have any specific issues with the program.

Simple and quick install. Simple and quick Scans. Real time protection is a must and with malwarebytes you can't go wrong. Always up to date. When our antivirus doesn't pick something up, malwarebytes does.

Some other AV programs do not run correctly with Malwarebytes installed. Prices could be a little cheaper.

Malware bytes is a solid anti virus program. The thing that makes it solid is that it works and is compatible with many other programs so good for business and the cost is fair.

I found that customer service is frustrating to wade through and I don't always get the help I need when I need it.

this is an antivirus that's been in the market for many years now, is reliable, continuous updating database, easy to use and affordable in comparison with other brands

there is sometimes when you have to turn it off because it keeps rejecting files downloaded from outlook, or blocking secure web pages, maybe is a easy fix thing in the permissions area

Highly recommend Malwarebytes. It's pretty affordable and is a good companion to Windows Defender. A great first line of defense for website.

It's not as strong an anti-virus as some others. I've had instances where viruses were not detected by Malware bytes vs Mcafee

Price seems a bit high compared to Anti-virus software. Even more, since you need both to make your computer protected.

Business packages option are decent, and price point is fine especially with added options of onsite installation and server management upkeep, feature set is also comparable to other brands of antivirus software but not as extensive from our experience.

Support was an issue at times, although no major issues at the time of writing with the threat detection aspects, but we had only been trailing the software before considering making a switch from our in house previous brand of protection.

The database is regularly updated and catches most everything. It is fairly easy to use for a variety of users (from high technical skills to low technical skills).

Very easy to set up and use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware! Simple and quick to run and it does a great job of finding hidden Malware in your system and deletes or contains it.

I have used the free version of Malwarebytes for years as part of my anti-malware toolkit. When our company began looking for a new antivirus solution I was surprised Malwarebytes was one of the top recommended options. The program is unobtrusive and doesn't use a ton of memory so I install it on all my workstation deployments.

For the premium service I found it to be too expensive for our organization. It might be a better fit for smaller deployments but I had 60 machines to manage so the cost per machine was just too high for us.

Makes us feel secure. We recently had a virus scare and needed to look into anti-virus programs. Malwarebytes was easy to set up and use.

I love how easy to use Malwarebytes is! My computer was hacked several years ago, but after downloading Malwarebytes, I have no fear of outsiders getting in.

The only negative comment I have is that the premium price seems high. But I am trilled with all it will do in the free version.
