The easy deployment, high level of visibility, granular controls and security features are my top favorite things about this tool.

Terrible. If they can't write an uninstall process with InstallShield, stay away.
I found no reason at all to recommend this product.
The uninstall process fails and runs the installer again. The support desk did nothing.
