At first we used external support for the first installations, but in a very short time on our own we were able to create the various customization profiles even for madality "kiosk" use of some devices
For our Company MDm was able to improve the security in our mobile devices, allowing the installation of Apps that are secure and authorized by our technical team with the possibility of remote installation.
The platform is very intuitive, the system is continuously updated, and it is compatible with major vendors

I've liked it.
So far easier to use and manage tablets and iPhones over InTune. As a non-profit, the cost is probably the best for how many devices we want and how many tech licenses we need. Step by step guides are good and geo-fencing is built right in.
Device groups, user groups, profile groups, hard to wrap your head around at first. Definitely some places where you feel like there should be a link to the device or group but you go to click on it and it just isn't there. Navigation can be tricky but definitely easier than InTune and more robust than Miradore.

Overall I've been really happy to use ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager and will continue to use it for some time.
I appreciate how many features ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus has and gives me a full depth of control over my mobile devices.
The initial set up was a bit of an issue, but this was less of an issue with ManageEngine and more on the end of Apple. ManageEngine support was actually really helpful in resolving the issue and helping me make sure the Apple connectivity was properly configured.

the kiosk mode has enabled us to lock down devices in public areas of the business but keeping the functionality we require
some features are not intuitive resulting in devices marked as lost being removed with no management therefore resulting in difficulties getting the device back in working order when found

troubleshooting enrollment problems is not easy, but the staff makes every effort to help.

I do not use the MDM functions yet.
It is a single pane of glass for almost all of your desktop support needs.
I don't have any real complaints. I would love to see more software added to the patch management database.

We were impressed with the wide platforms with worked with and the functionality. All with a great price point. I think it represents good value for money.
It has strong functionality and yet is user friendly enough to allow us to exploit the functionality. We were also impressed with its ability to work with some older operating systems. In transport we could not always expect the devices to be state of the art.
Some of it is a little clunky we had some issues with registration but for all its functionality we were able to persevere and overcome the teething challenges.

We have been able to lock tablets to the applications that the drivers in our fleet are allowed use. Remote management and support for 200+ users with one manager. The learning curve at the beginning was a little slow, but now it is working great.
Fully functional device management software. Fair price with good support and response time.
Mobile Device Management Desktop navigation is confusing and slow.

We operate in the healthcare sphere, where compliance with HIPPA/HITECH is a MUST. ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus allows me to ensure that all of our mobile devices are compliant with our security and compliance properties. We had been utilizing two separate platforms to achieve our compliance goals, however ManageEngine simplifies the the task with one product.
I'd like to see some integration with AWS and GSuite for SSO. The ability to scan devices for Electronic Personal Health Records (ePHI) would be welcomed

Our overall experience was good but there are way too many functions available with the basic package that we quite simply wouldn't use. So the price of the system for what we were utilising was a bit too expensive.
We found the deployment of updates for the apps on our devices the best function along with seeing who is using the apps.
The pricing was the biggest issue, it can get quite expensive the more devices that you add to the system.

Mobile data utilisation for our field staff devices, that is cutting down company's operational cost as our region cost of data package is little high. Centralized controll on devices to restrict the devices including the apps.

You are guided through the process of configuring the MDM components, with detailed steps and online chat available throughout.
Wish there was more detailed documentation about the features, but the online chat helps to mitigate this.

I really appreciate the how to's on every page of their website along with the knowledge base which keeps customers from having to reach out to customer support to get a quick answer.
We tried building an MDM internally but ultimately we sank too much money and time into the project and ended up with something that was maybe 1/10th as good as ManageEngine. What I enjoy the most about ManageEngine is the amount of features their software has and the controllability they give you to personalize everything.
Honestly there is nothing I can really think of that would be a least liked feature, which I know doesn't sound too believable but I've used other platforms before and there's nothing close to what ManageEngine has.

Overall it is a good product that does the job, I would recommend the service.
Application deployments on both Android and IOS
The first steps with the application. It is not very intuitive and to enrol iOS devices that had not been purchased by Apple Business was quite complicated.

I don't know where to start from, have been looking for an application that can manage our mobile devices and have not been able to get one like this, the moment i started using this application have not encountered any problem, the application is able to manage all devices running all operating systems, and the ease of use you will enjoy, I will recommend to everyone to try this application and i believe you will never go back to using other application
Ease of enrollment and the ability to use kiosk mode to manage what the user uses during meetings.
I would love if the google play store is populated and allow the admin to remove what they don't want

MDM Manage Engine è uno strumento indispensabile per gestire gli smartphone che costituiscono gli HUB dei nostri sistemi di TeleMedicina. Con MDM possiamo proteggere gli smartphone consentendo di utilizzare esclusivamente la nostra applicazione che è certificata come dispositivo medico in classe IIa. Grazie ad MDM abbiamo potuto infatti conseguire questa importante certificazione ed ora i nostri KIT di TeleMonitoraggio ogni giorno consentono di monitorare lo stato di salute di centinaia di Pazienti in Italia sia presso il loro domicilio che presso gli Ospedali più importanti. Anche durante la pandemia i nostri HUB Smartphone con MDM sono stati a fianco degli Infermieri in prima linea nella lotta contro il COVID.
Gestione degli smartphone molto efficiente, sicura ed evoluta. Possibilità di "blindare" le APP.

We are now moving to IBM MaaS360 due to better IOS deployment and also licensing issues. We are staying with ManageEngine for Desktop
Android easy to deploy using a QR code for EMM token Remote control on Android
iPhones not easy to deploy. Required having to buy a Mac for using Apple Configurator. Navigating around the system is complex and not as easy as expected
