Pros

I loved the fact that i had so many features available in one environment and each one of them worked perfectly fine. The key word is Customizability.
They do excellent software, excellent customer support and excellent patching-keeping the product up to date. You will never be disappointed to go with them.
The ease of use and the go to for help on topics are very helpful. This allows to set it up faster, and they have good training and support.

Pros

I thought that the feature set was really robust and it had a cool interface. This was one of my first experiences with this kind of software and it was enjoyable.
User-friendly and with good tracking features, like tracking the amount of time a user spends in an application so that it can help your company to know its productivity in a certain area.
We are happy extremely happy with the overall product and the Customer service is outstanding.

Cons

But the worst part is the support is extremely poor and unhelpful.
There are some minor UI inconsistencies between tabs that were weird to figure out (only at first) and the current knowledgebase is somewhat minimal.
The process to configure and distribute apps is lengthy, time consuming and confusing at the beginning.

Cons

I have asked and received no response from their support staff, which was irritating.
Sad to say that we no longer use Teramind as it has a min requirement of 5 licenses but we have only one system to monitor.
I also don't like how if there is an outage of reporting it doesn't seem to be possible to get logs from the software that would indicate the reason why.

Amazing product, easy to use for monitoring.

We were able to find out why some employees were not as productive.

Pros

Super easy to use, the file and keyword alerts are very helpful. It also has a real-time preview in the dashboard.

Cons

The only thing for my manager did not like was the price. She was wanting just 2 users and the smallest option was 5 users.

Globonics is a virtual company with employees working from home in many different locations. We needed a way to monitor these employees' performance. With Teramind we are able to: 1. Cons

When we were using the hosted version: The only suggestion I have is to tweak how your licensing assignment works. When using the hosted version every time a "user" logs onto a computer it creates a new "employee" in Teramind and eats up a license automatically. There are times when our trainers travel to employee homes or when we have an onsite computer at a client that has multiple employees...

I come from a freelance background and have owned my own business. I understand the desire for employee monitoring and I am somewhat ok with certain monitoring programs that aren’t so aggressive, like how UpWork grabs a screenshot in random intervals and reports keystrokes… cool. And, even the version of Teramind that users can shut off… it’s intrusive, but at least I can shut it off. Well, my company...

Pros

The version that you can turn off and on as a user wasn’t bad. The one you can’t is not cool.

Cons

No visibility for the person being monitored and no ability to restrict things on the user side.
