The best thing about Okta is its ease of use. I have had end users call me and say they must have done something wrong because nothing is ever "just that easy". I always love to be able to say "Okta is"

What do you like best?

Their Support Ease of use robustness of the product

What do you dislike?

They are a little limited on what apps they support on Mobility. They are working hard to expand that market and have made several custom connections just for our company.

Why did you end up selecting Okta over other applications?

Their quick responsiveness and their support. Also, the cost is very good.

What is your main use case with Okta?

Box and a host of SWA apps. We have over 120 SWA apps set up. It's wonderful

Give one example how Okta has improved the way your organization functions

Our end users can get access to what they need, when they need it, without having to call IT all the time. For OMM, it's that the users can set up their own email on their own mobile device.
