Pros
It is very good has one of the largest databases and is very good to clean a machine that has been infected for a while.
I have a great experience, the true is the best that i preferiero because is easy to use and great.
File-shredding, password vault, file protection, application protection, wi-fi protection, safe browsing, etc. are a robust set of security tools, which provide the greatest value for thier price.
Pros
Overall, I have always been pleased with Netop. It is a great program to use.
It's a great solution to use when you want to remote control your clients.
Ability to log on to customers PC's and resolve issues is a must for our business.
Cons
Ve had some trouble with yearly renewal, whenever I pay for it anticipating the and of the current subscription, I lost the remaining days.
No mobile support was available, this ended up not applying to us in the end, but does not work well with Deep Freeze.
Not updating the app regularly can put the system in threat. Panda Endpoint Protection in some cases doesn't handle minor threats (e.g., adwares) properly.
Cons
It took some times to learn the setup for Portal-User-groups and Portal-Device-groups. But just a miner problem.
Our users demand a lot of hand-holding, and it would be difficult to keep up if we could not "look over their shoulders.
Many problems are now solved within 15 minutes right from the desk rather than deploying a tech to visit the site to solve a simple problem.
