I just like the ease of use and the organization of it. Keeps me organized and helps me accomplish more.
I love this software, I cannot thank the pros at housecall enough for introducing me to this product. The fee is very affordable and it has everything that I need to run my business daily.
My customers are also super happy because HP tells them when something is scheduled and allows them to interact with us. More engaged clients mean happy clients that may spend more.

They utilize a chat bubble on their website for support and have little to no way of escalating a problem to speak with someone. The implementation of new features comes fast and furious.
We reluctantly renewed for one more year because of the hassle of yet another transition, and I can certainly say it has proved to be a mistake and regret.
When your account ask for that information you will not be able to provide that to them. You will eat that loss on your tax filing.

So great. I will never go to another service provider.

Pros

I love when a community member contacts us and starts the conversation with, "You guys get so many good reviews"... It's because of how easy HCP makes it for us to give the client what they want: COMMUNICATION, transparency (invoices), and payment options.

Cons

They are constantly upgrading - more than my husband. :) So there are times where things change that you didn't want but it's always for the better.

Very Happy Customer.

Pros

Very easy to use, Very affordable, and does almost everything I need it to. The Quickbooks Online integration is Great. All the other apps that you can use to support and help run your business are great too. They are always working to bring the things that WE the customer keep asking for.

Cons

Integration with flat rate pricing Soft wares. We are a Service provider in the HVAC industry, everyone uses flat rate pricing, and if they had a vendor or Good App for flat rate pricing that seamlessly integrated, I would use it in a Heartbeat!

Central functionality of multiple services.

Pros

1. I love the fact that I can keep everything in one place. I can dispatch, bill, manage my entire team from one central location, which is very helpful since I am usually traveling. 2. The customer service is (literally) the best I've ever dealt with. 3. The user experience is really nice and friendly for anybody and it keeps getting better with each version of the software.

Cons

A few features I would add... 1. Store Credit Card information so my clients don't have to re-enter it every time they make a purchase 2. Allow selectable time zones for each job for national service providers 3. The mobile app needs the flexibility that the website currently provides.

Top notch software. These aren’t dedicated to the big bucks, they’re dedicated to you. Your the clients entering into people’s homes and they paved the way to Frontier PROFESSIONAL blue collars to raise the industry standards. Communication is quick and clear, helpful and informative and also community oriented. WE WILL BE HCP for life !

Pros

Their culture, their customer service and software is hands down amazing. They truly inspire other home service providers to accomplish their goals and implement marketing! Like who does that?! I’m a techy by heart and if I wasn’t a handyman service I’d apply to works for these guys cause they’ve got a tight ship and an awesome crew!

Cons

Quickbooks errors. I think there needs to be a customer service team that helps clients individually with all their HCP quickbook errors because it’s a headache for our bookkeepers and accountants.

Housecall Pro has completely changed my business!

This software has brought everything under one roof. No more scheduling in one program, invoicing/estimating in another and payment processing in yet another program. That's how I used to do it. Not anymore!!!

Pros

There are several things that I like about the software. It links to QuickBooks Online, I can do my estimating, invoicing and scheduling in it and my customers love the appointment notifications. Many have never seen this from a service provider before which makes my business stand out from most of the other service companies out there.

Cons

I can't think of any cons that I can list here.

It's like having a whole back office team in our office. They have designed the system with service providers and customers in mind, and are constantly evolving listening to feedback from pro's like us. Brilliant concept and amazingly simple to utilize. Engineers always ready to help, which I REALLY appreciate. When you use HC Pro, you're business WILL compete in the changing marketplace.

works well and is truly built for today's service provider. It is truly a paperless system and up to speed with today's technology. I enjoy using the software and it's very easy to grasp And is kept in is framed in a rudimentary form. There are some cons that I work around daily and issues I don't love but the price for a single user is very much.

Pros

The software has a great mobile application along with its ease of use makes it a winner.

Cons

Basic. I came from a robust expensive software with more depth so my perception may be hazy however there are simple pieces missing that are critical to a service provider. MAPPING. big downturn. Route mapping. The software ten years ago sent the links to google map and allowed us to manipulate the technician's routes. I am not sure how a service providing software can not have the basic route...

More value than I anticipated

Total time saver for me, and my customers love how organized and professional I appear. This app sends notifications to the homeowner via text and email whenever a job is scheduled, and to let them know when you are on the way. In today’s market this app is a necessity for any service provider and puts you way ahead of the competition. I feel it is very reasonably priced for the return I get back!

Pros

Paperless invoicing, built in CC processing and outstanding customer support

Cons

The calendar format on the mobile version is difficult to get to the current day but I can deal with it

HCP keeps the lead technician in the loop on who is where and what’s going on.

Pros

HCP is an all inclusive program for any service provider. It keeps track of jobs, notifies customers, tells me if an existing customer (already in our system) is calling, we take payment through HCP, it’s everything in one. We used to use sticky notes for the schedule and pass them out to our technicians, now everyone has a smart phone, so this keeps us up to date with our schedules, we can pull reports to see where our money is coming from as well as where our customers are finding us (advertising).

Cons

I wish the app for the phone was a little more like the desktop version, but I know that’s not always possible (search for an invoice # through the app).
