Every time we've needed a service that's not in the list, SG have added it extremely quickly (minutes in some cases!). This is excellent and helps us cover more of our 3rd parties.
Its so easy to add the services we use and push notifications to Slack or Teams. This saves us significant time in the early stages of an incident, allowing us to focus on the cause more quickly.the filtering is also fantastic, allowing us to only be alerted for the services we use from a vendor, instead of their entire suit of productions and regions.
I can't think of anything. Its a simple product that does its job very well.

Great product that takes any external services we use that has a status page and aggregates them into a single point. From there it gives us notifications in the medium we want without having to setup something for each status page individually and API access.
The API access is phenomenal. We tied this in with our helpdesk so when a service is having issues it puts a banner up warning the users reducing the number of tickets for issues that are out of our control.
If you have multiple dashboards it can get a little confusing navigating to them to manage them. It's hard finding something I don't like about the product.

i'm pleased. we have some systems that go up and down so often i ignore the notifications now. that isn't good but has nothing to do with status gator. I would also like to be able to have it monitor the availability of my websites so i don't have to use a different tool for that.
I like the simple interface and the ease with which new monitors can be added
I would like to have some system's notifications go to a different or additional email address but i don't want to have to pay for another user.
