I don't have to worry about malware or ransomware because ThreatLocker is an application whitelisting software, which means all application/programs are in a default state of "deny all" unless it has been approved by a ThreatLocker policy or by the IT department.
It is easy to use. User interface for both the client and the admin console are very understandable. I love the "install" mode. It is very easy to add new software to the policies, especially since ThreatLocker comes with many pre-defined policies or it is very easy to create a new. When you initially install TreatLocker on a a computer or server, you run it in Learn or Monitored mode. Then it creates the policies if they don't already exist.
I don't really have any negative things to say about it.

The product training and onboarding is exceptional. ThreatLocker goes the extra mile to be sure you understand the product and are deploying it successfully. The software works. It will stop anything and everything that either isn't allowed to run or it doesn't recognize.
There isn't anything about ThreatLocker I don't like. From the Ring Fencing to Allow Listing to Elevation control, it keeps users from doing things they shouldn't be while allowing what you need to run, run. I sleep at night knowing that some random software can't run on a client environment and cause an incident.
Threatlocker is not a set it and forget it product. They can however use their internal CyberHero's to make it easier for you. It's just an extra cost.

Application Whitelisting and Data Audit in one package - the 'deny or authorise' file copy to a USB drive is a silver bullet for firms concerned with sales staff leaving with their client list - this feature has given transparency on who is looking at what for many of our clients. The Whitelist means ransomware cannot run in a client network - couple this with Ringfencing and you have a very powerful data protection suite.
Very easy to use, stunningly effective, outstanding value for money and features keep getting added!
Can cause friction with users that have previously been used to being able to 'just do anything on my PC' however this is true of any security product that restricts prior (risky) functionality. Not sure how this fits in Cons, but its the issue we have to manage most often.

ThreatLocker provides added protection in case a system is breached. It will stop the unknown software, and provide ring-fencing to make sure good software doesn't act across the network in ways it should not. I could not be happier with ThreatLocker.
ThreatLocker does what it promises. It catalogs and manages your known software while blocking unknown software from running. It also assists with elevation and network ringfencing. Together, these provide a great level of protection for the environment in case you do get breached.
It is not a set and forget, it takes active management. The time taken is reasonable, it just needs to be factored in. I probably spend 2 hours/week on managing ThreatLocker across nearly 400 endpoints.

The sales cycle was great, they don't have to sell you their product... if you're paying attention, it sells itself with the feature set. Support has been fine so far, you get a trainee Cyber Hero on the chat every time off the bat, but they escalate pretty quickly if you're clearly a power user.
Learning mode in combination with intervention from the Cyber Heroes makes onboarding very straightforward. They do a great job of making the application look terribly effective but impossibly easy to use.
The canned deployment script for our RMM wasn't super great.. it'll get the job done but I ended up writing one for both deployment and automation/monitoring.

Excellent, the software works very well, very few issues and support is there to back you up when need be.
The ability to control the workstation/server software environment to provide a truly secure platform.
The amount of time it takes the implement and learn the new environment.
