This application monitors my data in the most efficient and easy way. The overall experience is wonderful for me and I would definitely recommend investing into this software.
Had similar problem with another product and they could tell me the exact lines of the config and registry that needed changing.
Datadog is an amazing cloud monitoring solution that provides great insight and alerting for our platform.
Very poor set of solutions for Microsoft Azure monitoring. Very hard for new users, documentation is not very straightforward, so you'll need to spend a lit of time communicationg with support.
So nice to have that event stream and subscriptions. And it's very easy to share your findings with colleagues.
Sometimes it is very difficult to understand the graph report and it is bit technical to use. The various metric types require a little bit of reading and understanding.
Overall experience has been great overall as our account managers will always do their best to try to meet our requirements and needs.
We have been using DataDog to monitor our lambda logs for errors as well as keep track of load and uptime on various RDS and EC2/Fargate instances.
Great web monitoring tool if you have the time to dig into all the options and settings. The user interface is really professional and good looking and the charts and graphs are well thought out.
The easy to setup dashboards as well as the built-in options are a huge plus. Integrations and monitoring/alerting options are also worth taking advantage of.
Good customer service easy integration to the platform for its use and do not need a lot of work to understand it easy to configure and very personalized.
Choosing to use Datadog made my work so much easier to accomplish. The logs analysis is one of the best thing that I can have in order to monitor my projects performance and health.
I use DataDog a ton throughout my day to monitor customer service queues and it’s amazing.
It allows you to use personalized counters for metrics you can set in your code. It' s great to see app performance during product launching.
Rich features, well-documented functionality, easy to use UI, being able to create custom dashboards that can integrate with hundreds of tools.
Extremely easy and user friendly monitoring tool and syncs up with AWS very easily. It has a dash board, alerting and visualization of metrics.
It´s very useful to use it as TV Dashboards of Apps health.
The vast no of integration you can do with your cloud, whether its AWS Azure or Google, is phenomenal. The pre installed dashboards really help to set it up quickly.

Ease of use, ability to generate strong random passwords, ability to create file and sort passwords (especially useful when dealing with several clients with similar apps / services).
It's not stored on any servers so if you loose that, the only thing that can be done is for ZOHO to create you a brand new zoho vault account.
Combined with strong master passwords for main apps, as well as Double Authentication, it provides a strong, reliable system and a lot of serenity.
I have had trouble using it on Internet Explorer.
I was originally a LastPass user until LP raised their prices and told me to kick sand. Zoho Vault is as good or better than LastPass for a quarter of the price.
For a first time user, lots of features can be confusing.
Zoho Vault is also an excellent tool to manage credentials and provide multiple users access to one-click login ability without ever having access to the actual password information.
Also, on iPhone if I'm on a website and open Zoho Vault from that website's auto-fill options, Zoho Vault will look empty and I won't be able to search for the correct secret.
It's relatively full-featured, centrally manageable, and most importantly, priced EXTREMELY competitively. Hands down, the best value password manager for any small to medium sized organization.
The web as well as the phone app is easy to use when storing and retrieving passwords. The passwords are masked making it more secure when working with someone looking over you shoulder.
Good cloud solution for small to medium size businesses.
2 passwords, one of which is completely encrypted - even from their support team is quite good.
Ease of use, simple intuitive interface and among all the sharing capability with users role based access.
I highly reccomend zoho vault to anyone. Just don't loose your master passphrase.

My experience with NordPass has been great so far. I've been using it for a few weeks, after transitioning from another tool and I really find it more user friendly, faster and reliable.
As all the company's then can suffer security risk and lost your info, the fill option can share iinfo if you do not know how to handle it.
Password generator is very helpful as well, it generates very strong passwords without the need to remember them. Moreover, it's great that the tool could be used on multiple devices.
Sometimes it feels buggy or laggy, passwords do not get auto filled even though you are logged in, then you are forced to restart everything or wait until it starts working.
Also, their encryption algorithm is one of the most advanced and safest in the market. Finally, their plans are also very affordable and great for individual users, families and companies.
The interface is clunky ,hard to navigate and full of a lot of features I have never had a need to use.
Keeping a secured file of my most important passwords and log in details. Being able to lock them behind two factor authenticated password wall is massive peace of mind.
What I don't like about this software Is how expensive it is.
Great software to secure and manage your passwords.
Better gui and quickly login, the autofill helps a lot to the users to fill forms without show the password.
All over experience is amazed. I love with Nord but I am student so I don't have money to buy this and my parents never buy this for me.
The software is very easy to use and intuitive.
It is very easy to use takes seconds and allows you to change location.
It is a well-priced and reliable VPN to use for security, didn't have problems setting it to different countries.

We made an extensive search looking for products like this. Finally this was the selected one, because it fit perfectly with our needs, and besides is really easy to use, Multiplatform and nice price.
Sometimes, the network fails to establish connection and we need to reboot the computer to get network back - mainly after application updates.
I mostly like the ease of use and the pro features like having company gateways with dedicated IPs in different locations worldwide.
NordLayer has met all of our needs and I have never needed support, the product has just worked as advertised.
IPhone, Android, Linux, and Macintosh are all supported devices for this VPN, which allowed me to run the same VPN across all of my gadgets and get an excellent connection.
Nothing to note, we didn't find anything so far that we don't like.
It’s also super easy to manage our users using this software. Very customizable, with us being able to add dedicated IPs as needed.
Counting the time spent on a machine or in a group over a given period is problematic. Last week, it was impossible to identify whose computers had been accessed.
NordLayer makes it easy to implement a company VPN and secure company communications and traffic at a reasonable price. Great customer support makes it even easier.
The UI is very nice and easy to use. Easy to setup and remove access.
The network quality is also impressive. Our primary use is for our VoIP system, and there are no latency issues compared to local workers.
The ease of use for both the admin configuration and the end user setup portion. Inviting new users is easy and teaching them how to connect to the VPN is quick.
Easy to setup, easy to deploy, easy to manage, and secured.
Great customer support that replies in a short time and answers the questions.
Implement a company wide VPN easily and inexpensively, with great support.
The channel account manager has been helpful, was able to connect me to the right people in support to get me up and running.

It also includes a very handy password generator I love to use when creating new user accounts everywhere. It is the single best password manager I have ever had the pleasure of using.
I've had trouble with it logging me out for no apparent reason. Can be frustrating at times as you need to login to something quickly and this slows the process.
I love the ability to store all my passwords and other login information in one place. This is especially true for me because my organization requires frequent changes (for security reasons).
There is always the danger that the user will forget their are master password and that would render the software more than useless.
Super easy to use and you only need to remember one master password, that is a huge help. You can also use the strong recommended passwords because you don't have to memorize them or write them down.
We're currently looking into switching because we've lost trust in Lastpass. Who knows what negative changes they'll make to their business practices in the future.
I love that it can generate password for new accounts during the set-up process as this can be tricky coming up with good passwords that are secure.
The biggest complaint that I have is about integrations with some sites both on desktop and mobile where the forms are not recognized by the manager.
The folders function is nice to help us get organized. You can also store your own login info that doesn't have to be shared with your team which is great too.
Well obviously I love that it helps remember all my passwords for me. I also like that it will help you generate new passwords that are strong enough to meet requirements of secure sites.
If you want safe and secure passwords for the multiple logins you have, this is one of the best solutions on the market for that.
Our overall experience has been outstanding and we have not seen any other product out there that can even compete. Especially with the customer service.
I was a really big fan of Lastpass a year or two ago its so easy to use and everything can be organised in folders and you can even store secure notes and bank details.
It's seamless to integrate on browsers and mobile devices. Helps keep my individual accounts secure with unique passwords that are very complex.
Overall this is a great app with some great features for not a lot of money.
Excellent experience loved also the dark web monitoring feature for leaked passwords and account protection included in the price.
LastPass really takes care of this and our teams can access the accounts without knowing the passwords. What i like the most about LastPass is its Auto-fill feature and customer support.

For the staff members I have helped get set up with, they are very pleased with its ease of use. Overall experience is positive which is the most important factor to me in IT.
Any how we should pay for this software.other than that there is no any particular disadvantage ,but unable to move an item from one vault to another directly.
Love this app its the best out there. I trust it and I tell my friends and coworkers about it all the time.
Occasionally the product will stop syncing my passwords to a device. This causes problems when the database is not up to date on each device.
I like it can easily customize and manage group passwords, making the passwords more robust and stronger and safer.
The lack of capability to integrate a personal account in the same way LastPass does or maybe switch between business and personal accounts easily is a shame.
1Password is the top of the top, providing a clean user interface, and flawless implementation that syncs with browsers and makes login a snap.
If you forget your master password, it's very difficult (as it should be) to have the company supply it again. Since this is a privacy product, there are lot of hoops to jump through.
Best of all, only having to remember one password while making all my accounts extremely secure is a huge relief and gives me peace of mind.
This is a great software!!! I am so happy our company made the switch to this seamless password saver.
Customer support is key on making this a great tool, since there can be a lot of confusion setting up the passwords. I Like that it has a family plan so I can share with my loved ones the logins.
This encourages me to use better passwords and keep myself in check. The integration with 'have i been pwned' is also very much welcome.
It's really easy to use and it's nice to have our most important passwords all in one place. Just don't forget your master password, we made that mistake only once lol.
The chrome extension makes things seamless, I'm so glad I invested into this product, it's saved me countless minutes every day.
It is an excellent password locker app, and the customer service team is very helpful.
The user interface is wonderful I love it and it's secure.
I would recommend it for businesses and I think the subscription is worth it.
The safety features and simplicity. Also how seamlessly integrates with all my online activity related to passwords.

This is most important - they are continually improving their SW to be best on market and help their customer. They do their business very well - so we may do our safe and protected.
It didn't seem to help us against modern threats and anomously and machine learning threats. Deep dive into process trees was missing.
The antivirus solution from ESET is currently the best on the market. It is more expensive, but you get perfect protection for your money.
Occasionally we will have a problem with security updates in Outlook. This can cause the Outlook plugin to not start.
I feel better knowing it's running. Has great features as well to make me more protected and backed up.
The licensed to purchase this software is a bit troubling. It does give your license keys.
Very good antivirus, works perfect, is effective and has good technical support.
So difficult to find something bad in the software I like.
Excellent, since we have tested new products with additional new features but when we got it, we definitely felt it was the best out there.
Oldies but goodies, One of the most effective antivirus out there since a who lot of years ago. Has a nice clean interface with low ads to make you bump up plan.
I use this every day and it works perfectly. I love its simplicity so anyone at home could check for threat however it is still very powerful tool.
Our clinic loves this software and its always been reliable and trustworthy.
Its integration has been very important in the company as it helps us to be safe when sending and receiving data from our customers and partners. This software makes our job easier.
Easy to use, good trial period and effective detecting viruses.
Very good detection of viruses. The remote management is easy to use.
I like how easy it is to set up and it integrates with our environment nicely. The cost was very reasonable versus many of its competitors.
Easy to set up and configure across multiple devices. Great tool for the price.
Doing a great job for Internet browsing and always aware of all kinds of threatens. The virus database updates are frequent and we can customer service availability is 24/7.

Pros and Cons from Duo Security users

I like the simplicity of the multifactor authentication process. It was easy to deploy on our phones and works perfectly each day.
They have acknowledged that this is their mistake and they need to fix it, but they seem incapable of doing so.
The app is very easy to use and allows you different options on how you would like to dual authenticate your login. The speed and reliability of this app are great as well.
The downside is that it gets really annoying after a while. All the texts, confirmations, multiple logins, etc. get overwhelming when you just want to check something really quick.
We needed a good solution to increase our security for signing onto our server, and Duo is great for that.
The only real downside to Duo is that each employee has to install it on their personal smartphone, and some people don't like that.
It eases my mind that it is safe and secure and free to use. Great option for companies looking for authentication software.
If you lose your mobile device in our company, you are put in a position where you are unable to DUO. Not convenient if someone switches phone either.
Duo helps to increase the security of the access to major accounts and that is great.
If anything, the customer support and superior product have made us all more confident that our work was protected and that we were meeting modern standards for privacy and security.
Overall, this is a great security platform for most organizations. It's user friendly and easily deployable.
It is just so easy to login and setup, the app is wonderful. The notifications are fast and the adoption is also high.
What I like most about the software is its ease of adding a layer of protection to your accounts in an inexpensive and convenient way.
Great online support and documentation library. Flexible subscription plans with affordable pricing.
All it takes is a simple tap on the app on my phone to approve the login from my laptop. I really just love how quick and easy and protective it is.
We use Duo to provide better security to our end users and to comply with regulatory requirements. The solution is inexpensive, easy to use and integrate with the existing applications.
Setup and integration isn't too rough and the support is excellent.
Very easy to use and integrate into daily life. Makes me have peace of mind that no one can hack into any of my accounts.

Pros and Cons from Keeper Security users

This is greatly used as this is a great place to save all the passwords and it will autofill. And also recommends when a new website is trying to create a password.
If those users go on to leave the company, you will be permanently unable to edit those records.
Keeper is an excellent tool for keeping your accounts (and all the data contained in them) secure, and it helps you create secure passwords without having to remember them.
My client sometimes create loads of entries without folders and they are heavy users then get lost.
Protection, ease of use, ability to share records with my account managers in the business and the price was good.
The only downside for this is - even logging from the same computer after 30 days it needs a code to log in.
The pricing is pretty decent for the cost of security and it also encrypts your data too which is really fantastic. UI is clean and really good.
I have over 200+ records I my account at this time. There is NO WAY I could remember all of them.
Customer service has been wonderful the couple of times I have needed them. I love that I am able to share passwords and login information between users, including my coworker.
All the upgrades for this app have been outstanding with no glitches and seamless integration. The features available are varied and inclusive while the ease of use is very user friendly.
Very positive - great UI/UX - easy to use - easy to add credentials - easy to access credentials and share if needed.
Overall, it was easy to transition our whole company over to Keeper. The vault is easy to organize and navigate, and the extension is a lifesaver when it comes to efficiency.
The security, ease of use and the ability to add users and share or not share records works very well for our company. I have used this program for at least 9 years.
Experience has been excellent; I am very happy with the product.
Awesome tool for secure storage of confidential data.
What I like most of the software is it's ease of use.
I have to say that I emailed customer service as I had a question and not only did I get a Prompt email response; I also received a phone call to ensure I was able to make the changes I needed.
Active Directory integration is an absolute plus. Adding sites and passwords is intuitive and simple.

Pros and Cons from ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus users

Amazing product , very happy with the customer services, they are fast to respond and they know what they do.
It's difficult to figure out exactly what cause the problem.
I really like the ease of use with this product, the reporting is layed out nicely, and the customer service is excellent.
Some 3rd party apps fail to download to the distribution server. Error msgs are not clear and don't link to further information.
This has made the patching process a lot smoother during our trial. The management console is also super user friendly and very easy to navigate.
The feature is missing is customize the signature on the scheduled reports and notification mail.
The setup is easy to configure and the amount of tools for the cost is amazing.
It can be difficult to get in touch with the company.
Overall this is an excellent product and with a bit of refinement feature updates to adjust to Azure AD only attached devices it will become a very powerful tool for security posture enforcement.
Overall it seems that this is absolutely a winner and we will most likely pull the trigger and purchase it.
The ability to effortlessly patch servers and workstations with windows patches as well as a huge number of 3rd party software.
Also, I really like that you had the different graphs, charts and the security bulletins that we could see and what Manage Engine recommended.
Impressive feature set, and hugely flexible configuration. I'm pretty sure this software could be configured to automate patch management in any environment, no matter how obscure the requirements.
However, they have very clear documentation. Furthermore, and probably more importantly, their customer service is top notch.
Integrating ManageEngine was a breeze and the price of the software is either completely free (up to a generous 50 devices) or an inexpensive flat annual price for much larger organisations.
Patch Manager Plus is easy to use out of the box with some good pre-sets that can be used as building blocks for the future.
The easy setup and deployment integration of AD for the agents.
Hosted system available, meaning rapid installation, and no server requirement. Huge range of 3rd party apps.

It's easy to use, automatically backs up and gives you the most important data about it. I even like that they email you if your computer hasn't connected to their cloud in a while.
The benefit of knowing that my data is securely stored if my computer and my first line of backups fail. Lets face it, external hard drives can fail as easily as an internal hard drive.
Backblaze has been a lifesaver. I downloaded the software and it backs up my documents.
That's more limited by the bandwidth you pay for.
Backup solution is robust and simple. I really like that because a control panel and configure should be as simple as possible.
Backblaze set it and forget it until you need it.
I love not having to plug anything in, it just works. And knowing that I can easily get a hold of an ENTIRE backup of my computer quickly (not that I’ve needed to yet!) is a recipe for success.
The software looks a bit outdated, but does what is advertised. I do have concerns that if my computer is offline for 60 days plus, the files won't be retained.
Easy to use, it's a no-brainer to backup files from my computer and you get a realistic amount of space, even on the free accounts, which is so nice.
BackBlaze is easy to use and is integrated into JetBackup, which I love. Their pricing gives me the flexibility to store more backups than S3.
Very happy with this software, so far I have not had any issues and have not even had to contact the online chat.
Backblaze is the perfect service for those who don't want to worry about what they need to back up as long as it is in the cloud and for a fair price.
Gone are the days when we would plug in a harddrive for back up and were lucky to remember to do it once a month.
Setup only took a few minutes and I love how quietly it runs in the background. You can't beat the prices.
Incredibly fast backups and restorations. Integration with popular backup software.
Couldn't be any easier to use, customer service is great.
I also utilized customer service and they were so helpful.
I found Backblaze had by far the best pricing structure for data backup. I use their bucket system for my customers and haven't had any problems.

Great customer service, reliable and simple to use. Their system is much simpler to set up then the other companies I had tried and perfect for what our company needs are.
The Customer service is not 24/7 I guess. I need to wait 12 hours for a representative to respond when I had a little problem.
Super easy in use, fast setup and integration, convenient admin panel, high-speed and secure connection, friendly and helpful customer service, reasonable pricing.
We have more positive experiences than negative. We had a problem whitelisting our CRM, but the GoodAccess guru helped us really fast.
Static vpn which is very useful for me. Very good service and I am very satisfied.
The only thing I don't like about the profiles generated, is that they don't come with auto login.
Customer Service, hands down, the best, quick responses and very helpful. The auto start is also very helpful, when you log on in the morning, the program starts working.
We had some difficulty installing the software on older Windows 7 systems.
The pricing was transparent and once signed up the onboarding of the entire team was simple and quick. The app which controls the VPN is great - very simple but effective and clear.
I like the ease of using the software, Stability and Good Service it gives.
I love that its so easy to set up and then manage a team of users with a dedicated IP.
I like the simplicity of the UI in the dashboard. There are a lot of powerful options, but I'm not overwhelmed.
I particularly like the easy set up (for both users and administrators), the well designed intuitive team dashboard and client app, and excellent customer service and support.
Very good, friendly support with staff with excellent English.
Finally, an affordable & easy-to-use VPN for small businesses. The cost of $1.9/user in GoodAccess is much affordable than other solutions starting at $8/user.
GoodAccess.com has proven to be a valuable asset in our network security toolkit. From the moment we implemented it, the platform's user-friendly interface and robust features stood out.
It is very fast and easy to use and secures the data of the company.

Pros and Cons from DNSFilter users

The interface is responsive, reliable and two factor authentication is a godsend. It's never gone down for even a minute in the 5+ years we've been using the service.
Its sometimes hard to determine the cause of a problem (ie, SMTP mail failures due to false positives by DNS Filter).
We have been looking for a good web-filter with a limited budget, DNSFilter offered a better, easy software to use and a perfect price for us.
Lack of transparency when choosing a particular category to block.
It has given us the ability to greatly improve web security for our customers and icrease profit margins for our business.
Lack of detailed reporting that can be exported to.
We have a very good experience with DNSFilter and it's very easy to use.
We use our firewall to block outbound DNS traffic to any other hosts which does the trick.
Easy setup, great value for features offered, good customer support.
Great integration at JAMF School. The management console is full of useful features.
Billing is straightforward, and customer service (the very few times I needed to contact them) has been excellent and fast.
Its quite easy to use and the dev team has a great plan for the future.
This app has a ton of features and a cool looking interface. I recommend to just about anybody who knows anything about DNS.
We have been using the service since day one and it has been great to see how far it has come over the years.
Second, the cost was appropriate for our school. Third, it is easy to make separate policies for students, teachers, administrators, staff, and IT.
This product was a drop-in replacement for a previous DNS filtering service we had been using. The previous solution was not dependable but DNS Filter has been a marked improvement.
DNS filtering without breaking the bank. Ability to rapidly deploy to potential clients with minimal configuration.
They constantly reach out to users with webinars to explain new features, and actively solicit (and act on) customer feedback.

This is a highly recommended VPN. Our company is very satisfied with the ease of use for our team and the customer support offered by the P81 team.
Depending on where you're connecting from, VPN can cut in and out affecting performance. I had to turn it off a few times because the reconnecting was disrupting a virtual meeting.
The ease of use on Mac, I hit one button and select the VPN I wish to be on, then go to work - switching is flawless especially during a meeting.
It's essential to choose a reputable VPN provider and be aware of the limitations and potential risks associated with VPN usage.
With 30 active users on our account. The overall experience was great.
I have not yet experienced a challenge with Perimeter 81.
Works stable and flawlessly from a user perspective.
Sometimes slow and disconnects other critical systems.
It provides a user-friendly, equally safe interface and flexible remotely accessible environment ideally suited for small businesses.
It's a great platform to manage and control security during browsing, with tools and analytics to receive reports and alerts.
Easily configurable cloud VPN with convenient software and excellent support.
I was able to easily configure clients on mac, windows, and even ubuntu, and their excellent support team helped us to get our AWS VPC networked with the VPN.
I like that I can connect with my remote employees and no bandwidth limits. The pricing is affordable and 24/7 customer service.
Complete small group security at an affordable price.
It is a Cloud service that lightens management and maintenance activities, making the end user independent from expensive hardware solutions or complex software solutions.
I can manage the onboarding and offboarding of external users and suppliers quickly and easily. I can also create WebApps to facilitate access for users or even IT administrators.

Its ease of use and effective accessibility management make it one of the best identity management platforms. It has the ability to sync users from directories like G suite and Workday.
Password retrieval for overall program locks you out after too many unsuccessful log in attempts. This is a bit frustrating.
OneLogin is a great product and is very easy to use. It makes generating good passwords easy and it is also easy to copy and share passwords when needed.
The biggest disadvantage is, If the common platform faces the server issue, the access to all other software also fails.
Straightforward to use and great helps from their support team. Connecting to HR tools makes it the best to use.
The mobile app is so bad. It is almost impossible to switch between tasks.
OneLogin is super easy to integrate with our primary identity provider, Active Directory. It allows for users to change their passwords without having it be a huge and complicated process.
Sometimes it is difficult to login on different devices.
Great way to unify your enterprise credentials, with a really good Chrome extension.
It feels good to have strong passwords in a tool the can keep track of them.
OneLogin makes it very easy to login to a suite of internal tools from either desktop or mobile. I am particularly impressed with its integration with Slack.
The login timeout (to keep my information secure) means I use this product multiple times per day. The OneLogin home screen is customizable, showing a beautiful photo of my campus.
I like that its so flawless you don't feel its presence yet assured of security.
Easy to deploy and a cost effective SSO solution.
Ease of use - My company uses OneLogin as the authentication software for access to our internal portal. It's really easy to use and it syncs well with DUO.
The documentation is very clear and the support is very helpful. The most cutting edge is whem comes to price where Onelogin is way way cheaper than most of its competitors.
The customer service is quick to respond and is very knowledgeable of both the front and back-end development of the software. Easy to use and set up was extremely quick.
Downloading the app to my phone is easy. It integrates with Apple Watch for quick authentication.

It can be a pain when wanting to download things online in detecting problems.
Preloaded software on my phone- it's great. It protects my phone & is very easy to use.
I have yet to dislike anything with this software.
Overall, I love it when I have a newer phone that can support the resource requirements for Lookout.
In order to access all of the functions available in the app, you must pay the fee. There are only limited functions available without purchase.
Lookout is an amazing company specializing in cell phone hacking protection. I use the software everyday to ensure my wireless phone remains safe from harm.
There isn't really anything that bothers me about this software. It does detect threats and lets you prevent bad things from happening.

This is a very effective antivirus. I download it to every device that I get android or apple product.
Its scans all my apps and anything I download and tells me if it is safe to use or not.
It is easy to use and download. It gives me the option of backing up, so it helps me protect my information.

Workato also supports most of the popular apps like sheets, slack, smartsheet, jira, etc. It is great for us that have a developer background as we can make changes to the code to update recipes.
Sometimes it provides some difficulties in integrations. Little bit costly for small businesses or companies.
Price is awesome for us non-profit. I shared with them some improvements, and there was some adjustments at the beginning but overall it is totally worth it.
Pricing / Plans lack any real sense of transparency.
We actually enjoyed the process and the product performs as promised. All software should be as good as Workauto.
We had a former provider that tried hard, but their service did not work.
The community has a wealth of pre-made recipes available that you can customize to suit your needs. Everything from the use of data pills, to the documentation is very intuitive and user friendly.
If you have a high volume of transactions, it could potentially become costly.
The workato support team and chat are very responsive and great to work with.
Most of the integrations have examples to reference when building. Additionally, Workato has pretty robust documentation.
It's very effective software to increase your productions without more staff. All you need to integrate your app or project to automate your workflow process.
The Workato team is a pleasure to work with and their large library of pre-built recipes make setting up the connections a breeze.
I use Workato to set up integrations between dozens of applications. It's easy to use and reliable.
Great, will continue to use to automate as much as possible.
Great tool for the unsophisticated or sophisticated end user and one i find myself using quite often.
It's ready to use connections are it's real strength for teams who don't have developer capacity and/or the budget to make unique integrations themselves.
They've been available to jump on calls with clients to help talk through workflows and potential solutions to their integration needs.
They also have a large community of users that have shared their custom recipes.

Pros and Cons from ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus users

I like it because it is very easy to manage and also very user friendly So I think this is good for my company.
Though not working, tech support has been working on this issue continuously contacting vendor dissecting information on how the ssl vpn works.
Fast, pleasant, and effective. We've been considering Manage Engine for a couple months now and this experience is definitely one in the 'Positive' column.
I don't really get notified if someone does not receive the password expire notification. Of the time when they say they don't get it they did and just ignored it.
The experience as a whole seems very user friendly and we enjoyed it greatly. Thank you for your services.
Missing Portugal Portuguese option in my site.
Each time I needed Support for this ADSelfService product, it has been truly outstanding.
I have not picked any challenges with software so far.
Newer security features such as multi-factor authentication bring our AD services here up to current standards. It is a great product, and is very affordable.
Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend it to any peers.
This is a great tool to help your users reset their passwords or unlock accounts.
The mobile app is easy to use and its accessible anywhere and anytime. Not requiring any help from IT.
Unlimited customization of portals for end user UI. Excellent for roaming users using smart devices to reset/unlock their network accounts.
A Great Integration Tool for Identity Self-service.
Reducing number of calls and save time for help desk.
I like the fact that you can integrate into other platforms and make use of one password across all of them.
Free for 50 users or less (reasonably priced above that). Easy way for MAC users to reset domain passwords.
AD self service plus easy to deploy great support but a little pricey.

Pros and Cons from ManageEngine ADManager Plus users

I am now an avid fan and supporter of ManageEngine. ADManager Plus was the first tool I purchased from them, and I now have 4 other tools that are in use within my organization.
The only problem I can think of is getting an invoice from Manage Engine in the form needed by our finance department so we could pay the maintenance bill.
And there are frequent free online training sessions that improve our knowledge of the product's capabilities. Their tech support is very good to work with, very quick to respond.
Worst support i have ever come across in 20 years in IT.
Upgrades, ease of use, If you do have any issues this is the best software I have ever seen offering support. I would recommend to any company with an active directory environment.
No DirSync but was told it is coming. AD Delegation is a little clunky to figure out.
ADMP has also made synchronizing our cloud and on-premise environments through automation simple and organized. Their support staff has been very courteous in resolving our issues.
There are some arbitrary limitations that seemingly pop up out of nowhere, but generally there are ways to work around them, but they leave you scratching your head why.
ADME is really helpful in respect of centralized management of organization resources such as users/computers /O365 etc. Also the report feature of ADME is very phenomenal.
Easy to use, customizable, has templates and workflow features. Overall a great product for the money.
Easy to delegate administrative duties to other administrative personnel. Available out of box reports are helpful for everyone and provide insight into our environment.
ADManager+ - excellent integration with helpdesk.
It allows me all the tools and functionality needed to successfully manage our Azure AD and O365 users.
The support staff gets back to you quickly when you have questions and are very helpful, and the pricing is very reasonable for what is offered.
Complex reporting and task are made very easy with Ad manager plus and it is one of the product helping me a lot with daily tasks.
We have introduced a lot of automation from helpdesk using the API. This allows L1 technicians to perform functions they otherwise would not have access to in a secure manner.
AD Managerplus makes life by automating Active directory tasks with simple interface.
Active directory left untouched , automate and streamline AD tasks with little scripting knowledge, simple user interface.

Detailed analysis of processes, logon attempts, and great ability to sync with Splunk and Active Directory. Great dashboard to add to the best parts.
Sometimes it is not update automatically, and I had some problems to remove the software, the key that is used to install/remove fails sometimes.
Knowing that our assets are secured and protected by highly skilled security staff 24/7 and that it is go to product for security makes me and the firm feel secure.
When you are in a limited bandwidth with a higher number of PC’s this will cause too high bandwidth utilization and can interrupt your operation.
The support team is very responsive and helps guide us through any issues we have. They also help clear up what is a rather complex, information filled portal.
Diagnosing malware threats, attack vectors and root-cause was never easier.
Good interface, lots of Splunk dashboards integrated in the dashboards. Good drilldown capability.
Another thing that you can miss, you cannot run a scan on your computer manually, to find viruses or other malicious files, it is supposed to be monitored all the time through the portal.
Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Falcon, with its ease of use and commendable anomaly detection.
Pretty easy to use, and it is very light installation on the client, specially if you do not have a very actual and robust configuration on your computers.
As an admin, I am very happy with Crowdstrike Falcon and hope to continue using and managing it for many years to come.
Ease of deployment, less false positives and amazing GUI.
Interfaces are simple and even non-technical people can understand. Dashboards are informative and graphical representation is perfect with breakdown approach.
The falcon complete team does a great work to ensure endpoint security is well.
Customer support is good and they are working on specific issues we've brought to their attention.
Crowdstrike's Falcon is an impressive cybersecurity solution that integrates well into the infrastructure and provide real time exposure to the vulnerabilities on the endpoints.
Have used this product for several years across multiple organizations. Have seen good return on investment containing malware outbreaks.
Falcon easy to deploy and manage service in Small and Mid Enterprices.

We have had a positive experience so far - customer support are very good and quick to answer any queries - integration with office 365 would be useful.
Missing a sync-dropbox-like software across OSes.
It's a good product with basic functionalities, easy to implement and to use. Good to have it in cloud, or onprem.
Indexed research, extremely difficult with file name anagram "anonymised file name. Change the documentations file name in a company is hard and in general quality department dont like.
Easy and effective security solution for collaboration and sharing.
The integration with LDAP doesn't work very well.
Document segregation is really solid and it works well.

Thank goodness for this program. It's simple to use and clean looking.
It frezzes occasionally when update. I have experienced errors whem trying to back up to another computer.
Improved user experience: Workspace ONE provides a seamless and integrated user experience for accessing corporate resources, which can improve the overall user experience.
Architect of the tool is difficult i.e. organization group vs assignment/smart group. Difficult for IT admins to setup regions, departments vide devices and link them.
This product has great customization for MDM and can get pretty granular. Does everything you want in terms of MDM.
Workspace one is rock solid. Went down the path of mobile iron which was a mistake.
The thing I like most when using the application is that it is both easy to use and very easy to use.
I had difficulty during initial setup. The firewall had to be manually configured when I set it up.
We can easily manage and secure our mobile devices and push out updates/software/wireless access very easily. The enrollment porcess has improved a lto recently so our users can easily self service.
The implementation took some time but all of our end-users are extremely happy to be off the legacy MDM platform.
The integration of every devices is very good , you can monitor every device as long as it's connected to a network.
VMware has a very competitive product for MDM and will definitely give other companies a run for their money.
Pricing is also interesting and there are multiple options.
Its working great the way it was setup but don't have much options to upgrade the tenant if its a very bog organization. Support is good but not very quick.

It also keeps you up to date with respect to the top process classes which are consuming CPU and Memory. It is one of the best application monitoring tool.
Able to see JVM memory usage, garbage collection, JVM error, and applications error per tier to associated systems.
I like the application, server and even the network flow monitoring of the application. My best part of the application feature is it drill down capability in determine root cause of an issue.
No access to get AppD DB for capturing specific things. Scenario - I want my URL or API to be send in the app d alert but there is no provisioning , i raised ticket as well, but so far no provision.
The good thing about the tools is its integration with the load runner tool for performance testing. We can get the exact method and class names from the code which helps in finding the bottleneck.
Some of the data that I need gets lost on all of the functions. Curse of the blessing, I guess.
Appdynamics supports many platforms, and it's set up is relatively easy. It also supports customized monitoring, and allows you to build what you need.
Customization of alerts and suppression is tricky.
Monitor applications to make sure they are in a good and healthy state.
I like that it is really easy to implement, add AppDynamics agent to your code manifest and it starts to monitor your application. Easy to set up triggers for events which should be monitored.
The user interface so everyone can understand. Especially the graphics showing the flow of network traffic between our various monitored servers is great.
AppDynamics is easy to use, with an intuitive interface and easy-to-understand charts and graphs that make it accessible even to non-technical users.
It is very easy to install and integrate with application. It will monitor application API, database and server.
It requires a little learning curve in the beginning but it has a very user friendly dash board and things gets easy when you have spent ample amount of time on this application.
