The price, the user experience, the lack of multibrand use. When I threatened to take my business elsewhere we had one call with the VP but then he stopped responding to calls and emails.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
It felt like they were just as fed up with this crap tool as we are. Although they didn't say it, I think one of our key employees quit over the frustration of dealing with marketing cloud.
We use salesforce daily to engage with customers on a daily basis. It has been very helpful in managing customer journeys, sending and preparing emails, and getting good reporting.
Not all pending sends will list themselves under "Pending Sends," so that has caused some issues with accidentally sending the same email to the same list more than once.
It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.
The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo.
Its very user friendly when you need to build assets with less time. I think those who have a more B2C business marketing model will find this more beneficial with the 1:1 ratio for personalization.
Further, the e-newsletters don't cooperate with Outlook, which is frustrating since both are Microsoft products.
Salesforce offers a big eco-system with lots of functionalities and a good customer overview.
Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).
You are able to view and respond to emails from all of your coworkers which helps with workload management.
The e-newsletter design function is nearly useless unless you can code HTML, and the preview emails you see never match what ends up in your inbox.

The major problem is the lack of ability to copy an email to more than the recipient. The lack of this feature is putting the continued use of this product in doubt.

I've a problem to pay for my upgrade plan due to an currency problem. The website automatically converts the price to my local currency.

Its almost intelligent interaction with prospects allows our team great confidence in engaging and in capturing quality leads.
With customization that is available, it is possible to get a bit lost in the hugeness that is Marketo. Lastly, there are no customizable reporting options which can make things hard.
Marketo customer support team is very responsive and always available to help, this is something I like the most. Marketo's simple and easy user interface is amazing and very easy to use.
Not much return on investment here; very basic functionality, and problems with our website getting clocked as spam form our target cusotmers.

The look and feel of it is also stuck in the 90s. They don't provide any decent templates so my team is often forced to look elsewhere and then integrate email and landing page templates with Marketo.

The analytics are great, too. I also love that they automatically place subscribers in sub categories like potential sales or engaged subscribers.
There's very little I dislike about this software. My only complaint is small - when creating a new sequence, you can't change the "trigger" that initiates the flow.
We felt confident in their ability to successfully transition ESP platforms. The product itself is quite good and does everything you would expect it to.
This is just a really disingenuous way to price as you get charged for that user every month even if you dont email a list member.
Klaviyo makes it super easy to segment customers based on any number of attributes. This has been such a great feature that I can really get granular about my audience.
It was difficult to understand at first. You would have to read a lot of documentation before you can understand basic features.
The other huge plus is their amazing customer service. They are on their toes waiting to help you.
Not everything is customizable. While fonts can be imported, they don't always show up on email browsers so you're limited by Klaviyo's native fonts.
Overall we like Klaviyo. We've had a good experience with them and the customer service is always helpful.

Great product for a great value. We use it for all our clients and it delivers far superior service than any of its competitors that we have tried.
Blaming Segment for failure to merge anonymous events with identified users, blaming Segment for integration failures that caused significant loss of data. Awful limitations of workflows.
I like that it's incredibly easy to use. As opposed to a software like salesforce thats much less user friendly, iterable is super simple, but still lots of features.
Our engineers get a bit frustrated about some of the technical limitations.
Amazing customer support that's very responsive, knowledgeable and always eager to help. Iterable is very receptive to user feedback, and is constantly improving and building the too.
Problems with adding new users to lists and with clients that are less digital-savy to navigate the backend on their own.
I really like Iterable and I think they're on to a winner, it does feel like they're still in early stages as not everything feels completely ironed out.
The only issue I've had is with load times with list segmentation here and there- but nowhere near the level of frustration I've had with other legacy systems.

If you do have a question, Emfluence has excellent customer service that answers questions very quickly. They also developed better logic for their survey builder that has been very helpful for us.
The design side is a little awkward and not very intuitive to use.
I like the ease of use with this platform. It's really all about making the experience simple and easy which is great.
The only con would be that I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for at times, but I would consider that more of a user error than a flaw in the system.
I love how user friendly this platform is. It's extremely intuitive and if you can't figure something out, there is an extensive help section that you can almost always find your answer.
It is hard to build templates and emails if you are not a software developer.
Emfluence cares about what the users want and implement changes according to what the clients want. Customer service is amazing.
The options for integrations outside of what already comes in the box are limited. Meaning some of the more custom / fringe use cases may require Zapier to execute.
We've been fortunate to have such a great marketing partner with emfluence. The marketing platform has given us great flexibility to grow our business.

With the help of the Emfluence team, we were even able to target each individual market effectively and efficiently.
Easy to have all of our email campaigns and social media management in one place. We haven't deployed their CRM Integration feature yet but we are excited to do so soon.
To top it off, we were able to tackle social media through this platform which made it simple to have both social and email calendars in one location.
We change that up constantly. Their seminars are well worth the money.
Value: there is a lot of competition in this space, but few solutions manage to find the sweet spot of Features and Functionality for a sensible price...emfluence does just that.

A great communication tool for small business. The opportunity to be able to reach prospects in an quickly and timely manner is beyond impressive.
HATE HATE HATE that spell check is not on as a default in the email settings. HATE that when you use autofill for one category it changes all the categories.
We deal with a lot of 55 - 75 year old people and the ability to go in and help them with their newsletter subscriptions as if I was them is superb.
HATE that it either does not link with my google calendar or I do not know how to link it with my google calendar.
Customer Support is GreenRope's secret advantage. Staff is very responsive and effective.
HATE that the mail does not show in my sent mail in my gmail account so I can see what was sent and when without being in the app.
You guys make me look good. Thank you very much for your help and support.
The email saving feature sort of sucks. It doesnt have the title of the emails and sometimes it is out of order.
We are confident we can not only improve our internal operation, but our customer's experience as well.
It is difficult to use and understand. The Group set up is questionable for small businesses who don't have multiple users.
Everyone is friendly, patient, and helpful. I have worked most often with representative.
No direct API as of yet between Greenrope software and my ticketing platform (not TM or Pac), though they do have APIs with other providers.
Customer Support through the live chat feature is fantastic. I always get a quick response.

It is my favorite CRM that I have tried. The free version is really nice and user friendly and there are more features when you upgrade.
The software has great reports and makes it easy to understand how and where you are driving leads to your business. The platform also has a very slick interface so it's easy to navigate.
I found their API really nice to work with as I had to ping pong data from our own CMS back and forth to HubSpot. Their support developer team was a great help as well.
It offers a great array of tools that are build on a solid core Platform has a fair cost with exceptional support and community.
Also, Hubspot's customer support is really amazing. You can get someone on the phone in minutes which is so important when you are trying to deliver things under a deadline.
3 days is enough to learn and understand how it's work. The value for money is good and features are great too.
Ease of use, optimal automation performances, the program is robust. It positively meets the needs of the company.

LinkedIn Helper has been a game-changer in my lead generation efforts, and I can't praise it enough for its remarkable effectiveness and user-friendly interface.
The proxy management is complex for someone with no previous knowledge. Using more than one account gets a little difficult and uses more resources of the computer.
Amazing, its like hiring a person (read utility) for a very few dollars which brings you millions of opportunity of prospective business by connect.
The interface and setup process were highly... unpleasant.
Good and simple interface, that can be useful for all people, perfect support team.

They didn’t cancel our account and continued to bill us for 12 months. When we called to cancel for the second time they argued with us and refused to hear our complaint.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.
Very confusing, very difficult to figure out where to click , also when you input a wrong email address it blocks your whole process of sending emails to others.
Their dedication to improvement is a positive sign for the company. There is a reason that they are the industry standard.

It's great what you can get on the free plan and the customer service is excellent. I am totally sold on the power of email marketing and Mailerlite has made it so easy.
Because we hadn't taken much time to explore the full range of features and how to adapt them to our specific needs, we ended up with a highly defective campaign that was doomed to fail.
It is amazing and really helpful that they allow free users access to their email automation feature.
What I mean is that I'll be typing and I'll get to where I am right now, and the cursor will reset to the beginning and start type there instead. If I refresh the page, the problem goes away.
Love the user friendliness. It was easy to set up and the videos are so well done whenever I want to add efficiencies, have questions, or want to tweak my newsletters, they're so helpful.
In the beginning I made some mistakes on approval, but that was totally from my lack of understanding.

I feel their actual DIRECTIONS and tutorials are poor. It's their staff that makes the magic happen.

We use for email marketing and its been great for that. Creating campaigns is straight forward with a great tool for designing a campaign within the software.
Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.
Customer service was superb. They were awesome and I found the editor of the email easier to use than the competitor.
Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal.
The product has some really good features at a great price. We use chat functionality on our website and it is super easy to design campaigns on the platform.
We'd gone to some trouble to transition our mailing list, learn the new interface, and get it linked to our website for subscriptions. We now feel that we were misled or tricked.
Also I was extremely impressed with Sendinblue technical support when I had an issue due to an error of my own making - they were responsive, helpful and courteous.
Until now i didn't see a single email go to a spam folder. I tested it even on a @live.com email which is very strict about spam.
Very good once it is setup. The highlight of the entire experience is the excellent back end support , who is very understanding and fast in their responses.
A great combination of responsive and helpful customer support, easy to use and rich in tools schemata with a great value for money.

We use for email marketing and its been great for that. Creating campaigns is straight forward with a great tool for designing a campaign within the software.
Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.
Customer service was superb. They were awesome and I found the editor of the email easier to use than the competitor.
Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal.

They were very responsive and did a great job helping me figure out the best way to use the software. The Event tool was nice and make event management through the list easy to do.
Given the circumstances of the pandemic and not using the services to even log in during the last year, that was inconsiderate and unacceptable.
The data reporting on opens/clicks/etc. Is incredibly helpful to track which emails gain a good response and which time of the week works best to send to our audiences.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and countless email cammpaigns have been wasted due to Constant Contacts software rearranging and distoring the format of the original created email.
The program is easy to customize, There are plug and play templates as I like to call them. They look beautiful from the consumer side and are easy to understand from the creative side too.
I was disappointed when the dropped the event portion of their program and integrated with Eventbrite.
The software is easy to learn, use, and the templates for the emails are nice yet simple to customize. The feedback about open rates is good and it's easy to setup follow-up campaigns.
But advertised as a CRM and contact management to me. It is expensive for the purpose and you can not pay per use which is unfair to most.

Embedded chats with history are quite nice, it has both the messages and notes left by the supporting team members to each other. Chat itself works quite good and overall thing of a good quality.
Their customer service has been incredible poor. They caused a completely preventable service disruption that caused several hours of outage for our team, and have been difficult to get in touch with.
Intercom is overall a really good, professional product. They have great quality of support, good training material, and they still keep releasing.
We have stuck with intercom for 4 years at this point and no plans to leave.
When we were first started using them, they were flexible, had great customer service, and seemed genuinely invested in helping us succeed.
Updates may be lost, updates may be rejected by intercom because of server side exceptions, or mysterious thing called "concurrent updates" when there is just a single update.
Integrations are just fabulous and once done, every marketer or even customer care folks will be so happy, if trained properly.

We have stuck with intercom for 4 years at this point and no plans to leave.
When we were first started using them, they were flexible, had great customer service, and seemed genuinely invested in helping us succeed.
Updates may be lost, updates may be rejected by intercom because of server side exceptions, or mysterious thing called "concurrent updates" when there is just a single update.
Integrations are just fabulous and once done, every marketer or even customer care folks will be so happy, if trained properly.
The customer support and account management is absolutely horrible.
The product really has a good user experience for the end-user. Fantastic that you can have the same customer support on both website and in the app, which all are linked up together.
This has been a great product for communicating things to our users. Easy to use and has a great support team.
Inside the company, we use the intercom as our support chat. In general is a pretty good, nice interface, easy to use in general.
Intercom is great for tracking user engagement, support, and marketing. I love that you can see what a user is doing on your site and send messages (email or chat) based on specific criteria.
It feels like the team at intercom has come into it's stride. New features like Series, Guides ect and most importantly - how they all work together - has made it a much better experience.
Makes your team very accessible, also makes the support process simple for the end users. Good integrations and useful statistics provided.
I really like how it lets my team assist our customers in real-time. Aside from that, it lets us send pictures, links, etc and tours to help the customer troubleshoot with ease.
Intercom is simple, easy to use, and great for website chats. It is very easy for customers to interact with.
Very nice software with only positive experiences so far.
It has fair amount of rich content options, though they cost extra.

Not only is it affordable for a small agency like mine, who works with small businesses, but it's extremely powerful, and capable of executing any strategy my team or my clients require.
The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.
I love the ease of use, interface, but most importantly all of Sharpspring employees, and how quickly they respond with tips, ideas, and help with support.
Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
This allows us to better understand and track our users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns.
We are now remarketing to leads that were missed during the initial buying cycle and reclaiming that lost revenue on top of increasing our close rate on new clients.
I love all the metrics it provides me which helps me cater my newsletter and make adjustments as needed. This is so important so I can actually alter my content for my audience.
The only con I can think of is the lack of display/functionality options in the form and landing page builder.

She said they would not respond to the scammer, even though they have their email. I fault the company for having no protocol for fraud.
It is super-easy to use, the customer support is fast and great, the software is very affordable. They also add new features always and help educational events, which is very nice.
They take your money and if your campaign has more than 10 bounced emails, they block your account and refuse to give you any customer service. The entire thing is a sham.

They've been very helpful and friendly in fixing any issues I've had, and overall I've enjoyed working with this software.

Click Funnels was the first and is probably the best funnel building software option. I'm sure if you're willing to spend the time to build out the perfect funnel, it could be an amazing tool.
I disliked the crappy support, the constant bugs, glitches, disruptions to my business because of their outdated software that they refuse to actually work on.
The training and education opportunities, plus the great coaches, are what makes it the most appealing to me.
After 6 weeks it broke again. MOST of my traffic was being re-directed to the 404 error page I lost hundreds of dollars.
Even people that are not techy can use it and succeed at whatever they are doing. It's just amazing how the CF's team have accomplish is so little time.
Something changed though, and now it's probably some of the worst customer support of any software company I work with.
Very positive and there is entire community to support a Click funnel user on face book that helps with learinng making good funnels and marketing. Its like finding a family.
I don't like that the software does not work daily, on a basic level.

You can allow this program to deal with emails instead of answering each on yourself. It's really a wonderful program and a huge help with your email returns.
I had to double enter a lot of info with my fundraising software and then to i-contact. There was a lack of integration that I found frustrating.
I like its enhanced features and how easy it has been to adapt to it. I like the customer service representatives and their willingness to help and answer all my questions.
They tried to steal another month of billing and made me dispute with my CC company.
I enjoy that iContact is easy to use, intuitive, and a great price for all that is packed into what you get. You also get great customer service with them.
Even though the charity I worked with started using another service, iContact demanded payment for a period of time after we had made the switch. I personally found that in poor taste.
I like the preview and ability to send test message. I like the social media integration.
The features may be a little limited compared to Mail Chimp.

They tried to steal another month of billing and made me dispute with my CC company.
