Excellent
We are an on-demand cab hailing company and have been managing the entire bookings and operations manually. As our business grew, we realized it would be good to automate certain parts of the business operations. Planning & scheduling of my fleets has become seamless using Allride products. My customers are happy with the ease of fleet reservation. I required some country specific integrations, which were handled quite effectively
I would say setting up the dashboards for analytics were a bit overwhelming for our staff. But it was all good with the help of the support team.

Being in the transportation sector, managing bookings, maintaining trip logs, cancellations and refunds consume a good amount of time for our staff. AllRide’s booking and dispatch management modules turned out to be quite handy. The demand forecasting is also interesting, although we are yet to use it to its full potential.
Moving on to a new platform is always a challenge, specially for human intensive businesses like us. The mere thought of having to onboard 50+ drivers and 20+ office staff was quite a nightmare. The onboarding experience with AllRide was however far too seamless than I had originally envisioned. The ease of use is fantastic, and their support staff have been helpful. They even customized a few modules as per my needs.
Had a few hiccups initially with a few integrations which were necessary for setting up the dashboards, but those were sorted soon. Overall happy with it so far.

It's not the software in itself, but the team supporting it really understands the business and is able to develop new features and customisations effectively and efficiently.
The app performance is critical and we still have the challenge to improve on this.

Oui la fonctionnalité est bonne et as un Impact très positif sur moi . A mon avis c'est facile
Bon! La qualité des produits manquent un peu. Prière d'ajouter la qualité de chaque produit à 3% au moin. Le logiciel est correct.

Satisfied!
Easy to use and helps my team manage the fleet easily. I like the reporting dashboard which helps me analyze availability, trip details, earnings etc. The customer experience seems nice too, which is evident from the feedback we get from our customers.
There are a few features specific to my business that I would like to see implemented. Their support team has been prompt in getting these feedbacks and are forwarding these to their production team.
