This is a great TMS. We vetted over 30 different solutions throughout our startup process. At the end of the day Ascend has incredible features, and at value that allows you to scale from day 1 with 5-10 loads per day through year 10 doing nearly 10000 loads annually. They are updating features quarterly that add more value to the suite without making implementation a massive capital undertaking on day 1. Highly customizable environment that allows the user to build format that works for them. Would highly recommend giving this software a look.

I started working at a new brokerage and they were using KeyPoint. We needed a solution that was easier to use and more visible. We researched quite a few options and decided on Ascend for a few reasons. First would be the ease of use and the simplicity of the system. It makes training simple as everything is very self explanatory and they have plenty of tutorial videos to watch, if you don't understand something.  More importantly the team at Ascend was always willing to hear and issues and complaints and then actually work towards solutions. So to sum up the experience, we are very happy and every time there is a release, it seems they are making the software even more effective and efficient. We have no plans of changing systems as we grow and have 30 people using the systems every single day.

The Price & The Features are amazing. For a starter, this is a great option for a new brokerage since you can have up to 2 users for FREE on the Ascend platform.

Also -- with them being partnered with TriumphPay - it was been a lifesaver and timesaver for us. And the price is really great -  as a start up -- it's a little tight with revenue and expenses.

My only critique is that there is no open API yet, but I'm told that's in the works.

Ascend DOES have the feature available, but Truckstop.com charges so much to give you the integration code.

It's not 100% set up for mobile devices. You can access it and do simple changes but any complex changes or adds will be difficult done on a mobile device.
