Pros and cons
The pass off to the Customer Service team was seamless and they rock. Special thanks to [sensitive content hidden] for keeping tabs on us to ensure our experience was and remains extremely favorable.
The best part was the willingness of the staff to implement customer needs and recommendations. Eventually they may be less receptive, which happens the larger a company gets.
Their professional team, assembled by PortPro leadership, guided us through the onboarding process and provided excellent support for our day-to-day operations.
The only real thing I dislike from PortPro, is that they only came out 2 years ago and not earlier.
Dray work in today's world is filled with countless variables and problems. Every item can be integrated, monitored, measured and managed.
THE MASS UPLOAD OR ORDER ENTRY FEATURE NOT ABLE TO ENTER MORE THAN 1 AT A TIME AND CSV FUNCTION TAKES TOO MUCH TIME. FAST PACED ENVIORNMENT IS CRITICAL TO THE OPERATIONS.
