Elite EXTRA vs It's Here Comparison

This program is very easy to use, and it helps coordinate our routes and save our company money. It’s a safety blanket for when customers have questions about deliveries being dropped off and ETA times of deliveries when we will be showing up.

Nothing comes to mind no issues here and don’t have anything that comes to mind.

Full integration was key to the success of us using Elite EXTRA. It has become second nature for our locations and is used all the time. Ease of use is the biggest pro for this software. Drivers of all ages and abilities can use their app quickly and effectively.

I have no cons to put here as it really has evolved to what we need it to be, over the last 10+ years of using their software.

It is easy to underatand and enter routes. Can see where yourdrivers are, how fast they are going, how long they are at a stop

The fact that i have to enter a long destination for pick ups. I cant just type ford.

It's detail. There are so many options for tracking, proof, setup, requirements for deliveries and returns. It makes it near fool proof to deliver or return or products. My accuracy and timeliness has jumped since moving over to Elite.

It's not as "pretty" or stream-lined as previous products. Can be a little messy and unclear on what does what.

It's fine it does the job, fairly user friendly

I don't like it it's not great, not user friendly

Having to manually put customer information in the system

Computer friendly even for someone who isn't comfortable with technology.

it's got a minor delay but nothing that hinders the user from real time tracking

It's hard to identify anything that has happened using Elite Extra that wasn't handled in a timely manner.

The system does not have a great process for handling orders delivered manually (outside of EliteEXRA).

I like how it's easy to search for invoices and to find where a driver is during their day.

It seems to be VERY complicated in order to make sure that the app is operating correctly and the drivers have a user friendly experience.

It's easy to use and maintain. Its easy to teach our drivers to use the Elite Extra driver app.

Sometimes you have to add the transfers of certain jobs multiple times before it takes..

Elite Extra gives us the ability to track deliveries, assign drivers, keep track of COD monies, and retrieve POD's.

It looks a little scary to those without much experience using computers or apps, but once they see how easy it is, it's no problem.

That you were able to add picture taking. That I can call and request something be added and it usually happens within a day or two.

It's auto routing. It would be nice for the system to remember the history of the way we route and start optimizing based on that.

THE LIST, THE ETA'S, AND DRIVER TRACKING

I DONT REALLY HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY.

It's very easy to use and provides live visibility of our team to allow the dispatcher to accurately dispatch his team to make all required deliveries each day.

Some of the reports are hard to read or don't provide the necessary information. Setting up and manipulation set routes can be difficult to navigate.

I love the simplicity and reliability that creates efficiency for our team.

There's really nothing I don't like, but one adjustment that would be helpful is if you can change the start time of the driver after it's already been dispatched instead of having to unassign, change time, then reassign.

There is nothing I dislike about Elite EXTRA!

The Elite EXTRA product is robust, feature-rich and an excellent fit to the automotive parts delivery business. The staff at Elite EXTRA also know our business inside and out and were very helpful in showing us proven best-practices for getting the most out of the service.

We have not been able to deploy the "Driver Self-Dispatching" feature yet because it requires our paper invoices to have bar codes on them which we are waiting on our software development team to implement.

Being able to have both their route drawn on the map and there current location allows for estimating the drivers return time and if they will have time for another delivery. Additionally, building routes for multiple drivers helps to make deliveries more efficient and helps to limit overlapping delivery areas. The easy of building routes and customizing the order makes the system very user friendly.

One draw back is that the system does not update the shipping address when it is changed in the ERP system it is tied to. The color scheme needs to have some options so that the dispatch screens can been seen better. Currently, the white and the light grey our close to the same color so it's hard to tell what is highlighted and what's not. Especially, when project the software on to a large screen TV.
