10 plus Successful Years and counting

We have had a successful relationship with the whole Elite Extra team from day 1. Their ability to address and take our suggestions into account has been very vital in our continued success. Any issues we might run into are quickly addressed and resolved in a expeditious manner every time. Their customer service is top tier and the software overall is the best in the industry for sure. Elite extras constant updating and improvements have helped us implement a lot of services our competitors do not offer and allows us to stay ahead of the game with real time delivery tracking and proof of delivery. We can not say enough great things about the program and their staff.

Pros

The Elite Extra program is now an integral part of our operations at all of our 15 locations. Our customers rely on the information provided by the program so that they can continue to service their customers as well. We love the on time live GPS tracking and the ability to see the drivers manifest and track each order they have with them. We also depend on the proof of delivery signatures to complete and finalize our invoicing process'.

Cons

At this time there isn't really anything we feel we would need to change.

Pros

Elite Extra completely changed our commercial business by revamping our delivery system and catapulting us to a more efficient and cost saving way of running our business! All the features I was looking for and needed are in Elite Extra. The integration was seamless. The training was smooth. And most importantly the team at Elite Extra are a great group of people who are there by your side at all times to help you out each step of the way! You will not be disappointed! Cons

There is absolutely nothing that I did not like about Elite Extra! Hands down the best!

My overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. As I have stated the team at Elite Extra is top notch and always put the customer experience first. Even when there is a glitch, they are always right on it working on a solution.

Pros

The software is by far the best vehicle tracking software for the automotive aftermarket industry. It adapted very well to some of the individual needs of our business and is not a one size fits all solution. It is generally easy to use and the reporting side is robust and gives meaningful data. The support team is responsive and generally able to help in a timely manner.

Cons

I don't have anything major except for the occasional temporary down time which can be caused by a multitude of issues as it is a cloud based solution. They are usually not for very long, and there are manual work arounds usually, but is never convenient when it happens.

Great Product and Support.

It has been a awesome experience working with Elite Extra. The ease of use of the product is easy to train new staff, as well as a quicker reference for order control and order management.

Pros

I love the ability that we have to view and take pictures of our product as it is delivered. This helps helps with accountabilaty towards the driver as well as the customer. This one feature alone has saved us thousands of dollars per month.

Cons

Route developement with future customers or customers not in the system is not available to be done easily. And sometimes using android phones at the driver level, sometime the system is glitchy, however the apple phone users have 0 issues.

Elite has solved business problems well beyond what we thought it could. Every level of staff can use it, and it has become a great selling point for us with our customers.

Pros

Full integration was key to the success of us using Elite EXTRA. It has become second nature for our locations and is used all the time. Ease of use is the biggest pro for this software. Drivers of all ages and abilities can use their app quickly and effectively.

Cons

I have no cons to put here as it really has evolved to what we need it to be, over the last 10+ years of using their software.

Elite Extra, including electronic DVIR

The Elite Extra team are readily available, open to one-off needs for interface with our Oracle system for data management tools, and are constantly seeking to add features to meet our needs. This tool has been easily and quickly adopted by all of our locations.

Pros

Multiple capabilities for dispatch, plus inclusion of electronic DVIR, although the readily available live support is also outstanding.

Cons

Takes initial training, as it is not intuitive initially for a self starter; however, this is not unlike most software platforms.

The entire staff at Elite is committed to solving every issue every time. Can't remember that last time the system was down. Very reliable.

Pros

Automating our dispatching compared to paper and white boards improved our productivity. The Elite Extra system allowed us to deliver 30% more volume with the same amount of drivers and equipment.

Cons

After my competitors found out how successful this tool was for us they bought it too.

Elite is great for what we need it for. It allows us to be effective and have real time updates for our sales force and surgeons. We utilize this daily and it offers easier logistic management and route management. I would highly recommend this software to any medical company.

Pros

This software is very integrated with a lot of capabilities. I love all of the customization options as well the real time updates and tracking. The order grid is very easy to use and track all drop offs and the notes associated as well as the excel sheet that is provided within that.

Cons

I would like the routing to be a bit easier to navigate. I feel like there is a lot of wasted time routing because we do not always deliver to the same places and we do a lot of hot shots so we individually have to enter each route and we are not able to utilize the recurring routes. It would be nice to have a previous route option or something like that. Also it would be great if the drivers app did not have to be on and open for them to be dispatched.

Route Optimization has increased, our delivery times are reduced due to route planning. Traceability of drivers and estimated delivery times have proven to be a key factor in customer satisfaction.

Pros

The program is easy to use. The information that my entire team needs to access is simple to find. Reporting allows us to investigate any issues that arise. Driver's love the phone app and we have had a lot of positive feedback from customers. Elite Extra's response time with any queries is exceptional.

Cons

Honestly don't have any major issue to list.

Pros

Daily works well for our business. We can track where everyone is at, see the stops that have been completed, and have history when needed if their is a issue.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the time it takes to grab information from our CDK business system once it closes, to when it shows up in Elite. If that could be improved or be more like "live" that would be amazing.

A Great Tool for Your Business

Overall we are very pleased with the features and performance of Elite Extra for a total logistics package.

Pros

I like the tracking feature and the ability to customize reports.

Cons

I do not like that the software is not integrated into our main system software. We are not able to get the POD's on our invoices. Hopefully something for future.

I would say the overall experience has been outstanding from a customer service, productivity and savings standpoint. It is an amazing product.

Pros

Elite Extra significantly reduced the time to route our drivers and reduced their time and miles to complete their routes. It gave us great visibility on our drivers during the route and provides great reporting. It also made capturing and managing signatures much more efficient. It really increased our productivity and the drivers actually love the turn by turn instructions. I would definitely recommend the software and their customer service is excellent.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about the software.
