This software is able to keep absolutely everything you need freight wise in one spot. Tired of switching tabs to check quotes through multiple carriers, not anymore. My carrier has it all on one interface. This product saves time and maximizes efficiency. If you or your company wants an upgrade this is the software to use. My company did and we will never look back. Boost your potential as a company and do not I REPEAT do not miss you on this opportunity.
Ability to have all my freight needs and companies in one location.
Bugs at the beginning, but all is well now.

Good product and wish all customers would give it a chance. Back when I was a shipper working for a distribution company, this would have been a huge time saver for me if it existed back then.
Being able to offer customers 1 spot to go to for managing all their shipping no matter which carrier they are using (direct carrier relationships). As a carrier it gives visability to manage activity with customers from 1 screen.
Not all carriers are easy to intergrade and some customers too busy to learn something new give up going back to familiar ways.

100% satisfied. Especially with tech support - anytime I've had issues or requested changes, the IT is quick to respond and assist
What I like most about this software is the ability to quote and prepare BOLs from multiplier carriers on one screen
There are inconsistencies with insurance options. Sometimes there is a pop up, selling tms insurance, other times it defaults tot he carrier selected.

This software saves a lot of phone time our customer service used to have to contact the freight companies. Also we don't have to worry about going to several different websites to schedule our pickups.
We can schedule our LTL freight on line with one interface to all our freight carriers.
There are times when you are first adding customer names and addresses where it can be cumbersome when you have multiple locations. Once you understand the process it is very simple to implement.

Just the overall easy use, and being able to quote multiple carriers at once. Also I like the breakdown of what was quoted versus what was paid for the year/month. Its the best program Ive ever used!
The inbound feature is what I like best about MyCarrierTMS. Its has been super helpful on bringing inbound shipments in to our location. It was very easy to integrate with fright companies.
There isn't much I do not like about the program. I have yet to setup the volume quoting, which seemed a little different than setting up the Ltl. That would be the only thing that hasn't been the best experience.

The set up of the product was very simple. Easy to use and great support. As MyCarrier TMS grows I am looking forward to being able to expand our use of the product to speed up how we currently have so manual processes in place.
The product is very user friendly. When our freight clerk first used the program they was very happy on how many steps it saved them. We will be changing our company software after the first of the year and MyCarrrier actually works closely with the software company.
The fact that I did not come across this program sooner. In the future if MyCarrier provides a small package shipping program that is close to what they have for the LTL and now FTL service, then my job as a manager has become less stressful.

I use it every day and have been very pleased with the ease of use.
In less than 1 minute I can get a range of quotes for any shipment I have including expected delivery time.
On rare occasions I have trouble logging into the site. I'm not sure if it's when the internet is sluggish or if they may be doing an update or something.

Very happy and successful with Mycarrrier TMS--customers are very pleased with the software and happy that we freed up some of their time.
Showing the dashboard to my customers is very helpful and by demoing it that can understand it a quick glance how much time this will save them.
The item that I like least is the fact that we do not have a demo screen for customers.

Entering shipments for prepaid and prepaid-and-add shipments for our customers.
I enjoy using MyCarrier. The quote history function is useful, especially the ability to clone previous shipments. Starting an new quote for a first time customer is also easy with the option to type the address.
There seems to be unnecessary pop-ups, for example the option pay for insurance. Maybe there could be an option to "don't show again". It would also be nice if you could save product descriptions as a product name.

I use this system daily, and have gotten use to this software. I would recommend it to anyone.
ease of access. its very easy to save quotes.
Would be nice to have more general info on shipping. the site is geared more towards warehouse/logistic smart people. It takes several googles for sales people to understand the shipping language sometimes.

I like it because it forces users to put in shipping and receiving hours. This helps avoid costly redelivery fees.
Calendar tracking. Branded BOL’s. Ease of creating BOLS.
Integrations can be a challenge. Each carrier is different and some require various key codes that make it more difficult to integrate.

Easy to use. I love how easy it is to input everything that you need and how it gives you multiple carriers to choose from.
Tracking is not updated regularly and is not very descriptive.

It has been a great experience and I would suggest people try it. Once all the data has been integrated it creates a very easy way to ship your products and train other employees.
The ease of looking at multiple quotes and being able to pick them out, then have it do the BOL for each different one. Makes it a lot easier for multiple users and the training of multiple people.
Adding in your contacts and products is a bit of a drag but once in there no issues.

I'm very pleased with My Carrier . The turn around time to get a quote back to my customer was cut down from a 2 hours to 30 min. So with a team of 4 on this program, we are about to get more order shipped out a lot quickly than before.
It so nice that you do up one quote and all of the LTL carrier that you have set up under you profile instant have your quote done.
The only issue that I have is logging onto the site , that is take some time ( 10 sec) to open up. That could be my computer issue not this site.

Love it! Best tool since the UPS Software.
The ease of quoting and the address book and printing labels and BOL's saves 10 minutes or more per shipment.
That there is no option to turn off the window asking if I would like to purchase additional insurance

Overall, I would say this program has made shipping less of a hassle and makes it easy to get clean looking BOLs and pallet labels.
The fact that all the carriers we have accounts for are linked and i can compare pricing for all of them at the same time is a huge time saver.
With our special shipping situation, i would like to be able to choose between prepaid and collect manually to make BOLs easier for me.
