We use the software to track packages internally once they are received in the mail room. This system is both efficient and cost effective.
When compared to other internal mail tracking systems, the cost was extremely appealing. We are saving thousands of dollars in comparison to our old system. Because our mail handler delivers packages to the employees, I also like how easy the app is to use on a portable tablet.
We occasionally have issues because of the availability of the cellular network in our building. We work in an older building so service can be spotty. No fault of the software.
