I have used Pitney for many years. I have never needed to look else where for my shipping needs.
Fast and easy to use. If there is a problem , customer service is great.
Wish prices were lower. But that is just inflation. They are lower then most for all the services they provide.

Okay, the customer service end needs work. Not being able to talk to a person is very difficult some times. There are times when it is necessary to have a real person look at an issue. I am having a problem now with billing and there are no choices in the automated system that can answer my question or help me. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I am not happy at all.
It is easy to print labels from my computer.
When we receive delivery confirmations they do not have the name. So on each one we have to look up in history, this is time consuming.

Ease of use for creating labels and tracking
It would be nice to have a feature to reach out to the actual post office location when there are issues with delivery. I have only had it happen once but getting a hold of someone in an office is not easy and being able to email someone directly with concern or questions would be great!

It is easy and dependable. I like that they send me an email when the package has been delivered.

I highly recommend Pitney Ship to increase efficiency.
That all employees who send mail are able to use. It has saved us money.
The only cons is sometime the printer connection is lost.

Postage at the office instead of going to the post office.
supplies cost / credit limit /overage charge if I refill postage more than once in a billing cycle

Managing postage and shipment for multiple locations in one central place has been positively effective.
There is a learning curve for the online system. Training is necessary as the platform is not very user friendly.

I find that SendPro Online helps me to ship quickly and efficiently. Being able to access it from any of the computers is nice with multiple systems. The Add to Batch shaves so much time from processing. Great software.
Shipping with SendPro Online is easy with it's step by step guided software. You are unable to move forward until all relavant fields are populated. The online address check prevents errors in addresses and allows confidence in your work. It removes the guess work with USPS regulations and has estimated delivery times and varied costs as well as a "More information" button to guide users into an informed choice of service. You can choose different label printing options based on the packages type. My favorite feature is the Add to Batch where I can upload addresses and print multiple labels when the packages are identical.
Adding the name to the cost accounts would be helpful. Autosaving addresses instead of having to remember to click the "ADD TO CONTACT" button.

I was using PayPal shipping and they switched to ShipStation and what a mess with one problem after another. While PayPal was a free software the problems far out weight the $4.99 monthly charge I am now paying. I am able to generate labels faster and much less hassle. That alone makes this the perfcet solution.
I ship 10-20 packages a day both within the US and overseas. The software is easy to use and I did not need any training on how to use it. As you input name and street the program provides suggested city, state, zip, one click and it is inputted. Got one you sent to often, it has a history feature. I ship for three different cost centers and it allows me to select which one and provides an accounting summary. Makes book keeping easy.
Because I have three cost centers I need to select one for each label. Would like it to stay on one until I change. Also payment to Pitney, it not automatic and so need to fill the up the money every once ein a while.

I like the fact I can compare prices between carriers and I get a discount.
The new upgrade did away with the ability to print a copy of the receipt so I could double check that packages are arriving as scheduled.

It has helped our business grow. We are able to serve more customers with more services.
The ease of this software is great. There are some issues that we have but it usually is operator error.
FedEx intergration has some issues with the SENDER portion if it isnt EXACTLY right and doesnt take a new address immediately. User has to enter an "approved" address before adding a new sender.

I like being able to access the software via computer
The scale doesn't tie into the online software so it's note really fluid when using. I like using sendpro for larger packages, but it gets difficult for simple mailings like letters, envelopes, etc.

It was a great service while my company was getting started but without the compatibility with e-commerce sites it made shipping orders of new customers a lengthy process due to having to manually input shipping addresses. There are better services that cost less. This service is ideal for start up companies.
Loved the ease of use, ability to save contacts for quick shipments, line of credit options and prompt shipping notifications
The cost was too much compared to others since you have to pay for the service monthly. No compatibility with e-commerce sites which made shipping orders a major hassle. Software crashed at least once a month and if it was after standard business hours including weekends you had to wait until the next business day to talk with customer service or tech support. Wouldn’t recommend for companies that set same day or next day shipping expectations with customers.

Easy to use and at a great price!
I really like SendPro Online and the desktop software because it's easy for everyone to use in the office, easy to get shipping labels or even just stamps printed on letters which saves us time. It's very easy to compare shipping prices between USPS, UPS, and Fedex to make sure we are getting the best rates.
I wish the software allowed us to print directly onto a postcard so we could bulk print postcards that we send out.

This is something I would of never considered preCOVID but now I can't imagine not having it. The convenience and savings of printing my own stamps and labels are worth it.
The ease of use. It is easy very clear about what is needed to calculate the shipping cost and to print the labels.
The app, it is quick to use but you cannot copy and paste the tracking info from it.

Over all I do like the SendPro program. It saves me time and money
I am able to send priority & overnight mail with ease and confidence it will get there.
I wish I could use the option of Overnight & Priority Tyvek and not have to stand in line at the post office

Shipping is much simpler using this type of service.
Fairly simple process to implement when starting out
Tech/Customer support is very difficult to contact. When searching for help on the site, it is very difficult to find anyway to contact support. Have had several issues in the past and it took days to have someone contact us.

SendPro is great when is functions properly. I get frustrated with the amount of updates the machines needs to run through.
SendPro's customer service is great. Every time I have an issue they are able to help me resolve it quickly and pleasantly.
Our machine tends to have a lot of updates and then it freezes not allowing me to use it. Every time I call customer service they are helpful and polite.

Two Words: Customer Service. Try calling them for anything and you'll either be on hold for 3 hours or be bounced around to 187 people.

No longer pleased. Trying to push me into a subscription service that I pay for monthly. Customer supper has not been helpful. I have supplies that I can no longer use so I’m out of money on it and there was no forewarning before I purchased these. Disappointed.
At home printing of stamps on my QL700 saved many trips to the post office
Since changing to SendPro, I can no longer print stamps on the roll. If purchased several rolls of the die cut stamp rolls and now I can’t even use these...and customer support has no timeline on when this will be fixed. System now prompts me to “upgrade” to do what I’d previously been able to do for no extra fee.
