Pros
When it’s working properly it’s a great package. You can find which carrier has the best prices, easy to upload spreadsheets with data and most of the time support is helpful.
We love the ability to quickly filter out our daily shipments and have our shipping team rate shop the best possible rates.
I love how easy it is to send return labels and print out outbound labels. Also love the fact I can clone labels and don't have to enter all information again.
Pros
Interesting features like package geometry allow you to visualize your package are cool too. Ability to duplicate products was a relief.
Great piece of software at a great price, ideal for businesses that are growing as you can easily upgrade.
I love Zoho and all its products. When everything works together, it's amazing.
Cons
The tracking in ShipRush doesn't qualify easily for claims when the carriers lose or damage products. There are quite a few steps necessary to process claims because of this.
Cannot think of anything other than when they switch carrier programs around internally, sometimes I wind up getting double charged.
When working, works well. We have a lot of problems with their “cloud” and printing and when it detached itself from your network it creates a lot of havoc.
Cons
Their support team also violates one of the cardinal rules of customer service and refuses to allow you to speak to a manager which is completely unacceptable.

It didn't work well for us when we switched shopping platforms from BigCommerce to Shopify. It also does not work with SKUlabs.
There is no pick list, which makes warehouse picking a real challenge. You can send delivery notification and invoices to separate e mails.

it doesn’t integrate with zentail which is the software that we use to keep track of orders and inventory
