Exceptional Product, People and Service!

Pros

Driver locations and mapping is real time allowing us to ensure the right order gets to the right driver to ensure every order is delivered on time every time.

Cons

New customers do get a little locked up at the shipment piece counts / weights when placing orders online so that section could be simplified a little.

Amazingly versatile tool packed with functionality. Transformed our operations for e-commerce!

This software allowed us to completely transform and modernize our customer order handling and pick-up process.

Pros

For example, we were able to easily use it on mobile technology selected for scanning our inbound customer orders for pickup.

Cons

One area for possible improvement would be the handling of offline errors. When a scanning device went offline (Due to wifi coverage issues), it was not always clear if the scans were being captured and later uploaded.
