Overall the product software is exceptional. The shipping process is streamlined and well executed. The pricing and overall cost is too high for an occasional shipper.
The integrated features are very useful for shippers who use online selling platforms. I love having the cost of multiple carriers and shipping speeds available immediately. This feature helps to cut costs while ensuring the best possible customer experience.
The subscription cost and supplies cost. Purchasing sheets of precut labels for stamps and labels can get expensive quick. Add in the monthly cost and pricing becomes an issue.
