I like that I do not have to go to the post office to weigh deliveries. I have a scale at my desk and can print the labels and stamps from my office.
Sometimes it does glitch on me while I am using it. Happens to all of us sometimes though.

Have been using it for years and overall its a great experience.
Stamps.com makes it easy to send items to customers locally as well as overseas. Tracking is easy to access under the "History" tab and you can easily see where items are in transit to customers.
Everytime we change a credit card to use on our account for shipping purposes, we have to call customer service otherwise it does not work. It is a little frustrating, however customer service does solve this quickly.
