Pros

Its one great assets any logistics company needs to have or invest in one.
You have a great statistics overview on your files. Eliminated the loosing times to request docs to colleague by directly upload in the system.
Can be easily customized, friendly user interface and has mobile application capability.

Pros

Track-POD is an excellent software program to improve delivery efficiency and maximize profits.
Very happy with Track-Pod and the excellent features provided to logistic businesses.
I like that it helps to optimize and to have clear picture about what is going on.

Cons

I used to use the tool in my former company but i really miss it now.
Cost saving on demurrage, storage, detention on Hinterland Corridors in West Africa.
There are some event that are no more available in the new system, and this is not matching with our local procedure step. This reduce the impact of our report.

Cons

Debtors refusing to pay on account of misplaced pods.
Customers unable to leave reviews through the app.
The form designer is awkward to use. I had a very hard time customizing my delivery proof sheet.
