It saved us from chaos

We had a complete lack of information about deliveries status. When a problem arised, the angry customer would let us know. We had perfect control for in-house activities, and zero control for field activities. This system was adapted to the particularities of our business and integrated with our IT in no time, and now we have perfect control of all our deliveries, with digital PoD uploaded instantly to our systems,

Real time information about the status of each delivery, directly from driver's smartphones.

Cons

You should be careful with communication to subcontractors. In the first respones, they can offer high change resistance if you don't tell them the advantages of using third-party software for both parts to demonstrate that work is done.

Versatile product and adaptable to the needs of the company

Pros

Regarding this product, I would highlight the versatility it offers to adapt to the different processes of a company. In particular, it has helped us to detect failures and reduce the error rate in shipments, we have also reduced management time, increasing productivity, as well as coordination and communication between departments. Its API provides the possibility of extending functions at a more specific level. Finally, highlight above all the human component that accompanies you in an agile and friendly way in the doubts that arise during the implementation, something of vital importance, thanks to the commercial department and user support.

Cons

I would enrich some of the components in the forms, but I understand that it is for something very specific to my company.
