We were recommended by USPS this solution as a way to have better pricing than our previous shipping solution. Not only did we save money, but we've saved countless hours in our workflow and have ensured that we are accurately quoting and charging for our shipping services beyond USPS.
We've saved not only time and money, but the headaches associated with tracking shipped items. XPS is an incredible piece of software to integrate into 3rd party solutions like WooCommerce. Its automation has reduced the steps we've previously had to go through by more than half—all while being a competitively priced solution. The best part is that we are no longer questioning if we're losing money on a shipment as its pricing ensures that we know the exact price to ship will be and quotes the customer accurately.
I'd like to further see integration with WooCommerce, specifically with "partially shipped" orders being marked as such. Would also like to see an admin side for our retail brick and mortar store to be able to estimate shippings costs like it does online.

I like the ease of use but we have mainly switched over to another platform because they do have actual friendly customer service. We ship probably 10k items a year and now only use XPS for a small amount of that.
Very easy to use, easy to print labels even though it forces you to print two pages at a time.
There is no customer support and when you do reach out for customer support the representatives act as if you are a problem and are never willing to help. I literally had to request that a particular employee never contact me when I have an issue because she has been so rude.
Very surprised to see the remarks regarding customer support. Our customer support is best in class. We offer live onboarding to all customers and our customer service professionals answer our phones live.

It is pretty simple to use once you get your system setup. And getting your system setup is fairly simple too with instructions along the way to help.
I'm not a fan of the recent addition of shipping deadlines listing in red type for items in the integration list that were just added that day. I would be in favor of revising the system to a variety of colors defining how long an order has been listed on the shipping list. For example, if I come in to my computer on a Monday, I would like to ship the orders that may have come in to my system late on Friday or early on Saturday. These could be highlighted red, but the Sunday orders could be yellow, and any orders from the last 24 hours should still only have a green highlight.

From the software to Customer service & Pricing, I, we are very happy with the product and service! NO Issues. And when there have been database, software issues, XPS would have answers to us within the hour or less, whether by email or by phone.
I really like the ability to customize Each Ship-To account to fit their package default needs. Importing addresses from the standalone USPS and UPS sites were quite accurate! Then theres the dozens of shipping options you can choose in an instant to compare best prices and delivery times for each client as needed. WE also send items Internationally, and ALL the forms needed are available to customize...
Don't have any at the moment! We do not have any issues with the software.

This has been the best shipping service! It integrates from every location you have an online shop. No orders are lost because they are all in one location (when you log in to your account). I've only used their customer service once or twice because everything works perfectly, but when I did, they were fantastic! One rep even sent me an email from a customer before they had it set up for the customer to respond to me. That is amazing service!
The "cons" I had in the beginning have all been fixed and it helps me run my business like a well killed machine. I'm a loyal customer!

I am confident that XPS has helped me organize my shipping a great deal. The ease of XPS, from beginning to end, has made processing order run smoothly and Customer Service is right there to help. Even with the craziness of Demember, XPS was right there with me assuring all was running smoothly. Thank you for an awesome 2021 shipping service as every day I count on you and USPS to be ready for me.
XPS was introduced to my business so I have control over my expenses when shipping through USPS. No more waiting in lines with the ease of XPS services. Easy to folow from beginning to end, to printing the label.
What I do get frustrated with is the edit button. Once you hit confirm, you can not edit a name. I understand services because of pricing. I just think an edit should be allowed verses having to VOID the whole shipment and start over. I also do not like were the save button is located to save shipping addresses. Just not noticable til after the fact, too small, and I think maybe adding color buttons might remind to save.

The integration with 3D Cart makes it easy to pull up orders and auto fill data. It also goes back and marks the product as shipped in the 3D cart platform. I also like the ability to check multiple shipping options.
I wish it was able to pull from multiple queues in my 3D cart integration. It currently needs to be in my in process queue and it would be great if I could pull from other custom queues.
You can do this with the 3D Cart integration. Find the ID of the custom status that you want to pull into XPS (you need to find that in your site/database). Then you can go into the integration settings of your XPS account and put that in the field called "Pending Shipment Status Number." Call support if you need more help: 800.881.0288.

We have realized the benefit of having all of our shipping history in one place that all employees have had access to. If we have any questions, all we have to do is call the 800# and they handle it. XSP has been a breath of fresh air! No more waiting in line at the miserable post office.
We integrated XPS with our daily shipping routine. It has worked out very well for us. Any office personnel can enter/print the shipping labels for whatever needs to be shipped out. The beauty of this system is that everything is housed in one location. We can save existing addresses, etc. to make the shipping process quicker. We can track the package easily and also inform our patients.
There's really nothing we can say that we like least. Nothing negative for what we use it for.

Overall, a great service. I haad minor trouble setting up a new printer and the help desk was quick, polite and on the nose for the solution.
If you ship a lot via the Post Office, you will heap praise on XPS. They allow my business to access the lowest Priority Mail rate which saved a significant amount of money -- extra important when you're a small business. We easily address, ship and track packages. Easy ability to copy the tracking number into our online software helps us exceed customers expectations. Added plus is that you can compare carrier costs at a glance, making it easy to save shipping costs with minimal effort.
If there is one thing I'd add to XPS, it's be a consolidated rate reduction for FedEx or UPS, like they achieve with USPS.

it's really good!
We have used several of the competitors to XPS but this is the best for us. XPS easily integrates with shopify stores, ebay, Amazon and others so when you log in, your orders are right there! We also integrated our UPS and Fedex accounts so the price shown includes our discounts. XPS prices are lower than USPS. Most surprising thing: calling for help (which we have only done a handful of time) is fast. We have never had to wait on hold and....the reps give you the correct answer quickly. Shocking!
shipping prices on ebay are often a little cheaper on some items but we're talking pennies.

Love the features. Love the customer service. Love the software does not crash.
I love this software, I love being able to void a shipment and not wait weeks or months for the refund. I love the tracking, the ease of use and all of the features. You really get a lot. My problem with it is that it is THE SLOWEST SOFTWARE ON EARTH. So slow in fact, we've had to completely revamp our shipping process. The time to book a shipment is crazy. That said, we still prefer xps ship to other platforms. When you call, you get a real person who is actually helpful. I don't get transferred around to different people who provide no help.
It is SO SO SLOW. I also wish mapping was easier, still don't know how to do that.

XPS Ship is an invaluable business tool, it has saved time and money for our business. When ever I have questions the Customer Helpdesk is prompt and efficient.
I love the ability to interface directly with XPS ship from the customers order page. This avoids duplicate effort and ensure to ship accurately
I do not have any negative comments to make, I have used the system for years and have not had any issues.

Have not had any complaints with XPS and their customer service is excellent!
This is user friendly and any single time I have had an issue (usually an APO or international label) or with adding funds/purchasing a label, and have used the 800 number, the customer service has been quick and fabulous!

I have been using XPS for many years and am very satisfied with this company. In the beginning, there were some glitches but those are gone. When there were glitches or I had any questions you can call them and they actually answer the phone! I mean very little if any hold time.
Ease of use and no glitches. I also like that I can ship using any shipping company. I also love their website and all it offers.
There is nothing that I know of that needs to be changed on this site.

Makes logistics easier in times that are stressful
great way to shop costs for shipments, and fulfill multiple orders and shipments at one time.
Would love to be notified if an order does not arrive to our customers so we can file an insurance claim to protect the customer & us at the same time.
You can configure this in the Notifications settings, and you can also filter for Exceptions in the History page. :)

It's great! Easy to use and customer service is top notch. I love that I can get a human on the phone immediately, whenever a problem arises. Most customer service reps are very nice and helpful, even though we're using our own FedEx account and y'all may not make a whole lot of money off us specifically. I appreciate you allowing us to use the software for free, on our own account no less! It's what's led me to recommend you to anyone I can, and why I take the time to fill out this survey, to support you guys/gals any way I can!
It is easy to use. Very intuitive, and new staff picks up on it very quickly. It's not overwhelming and works great 98% of the time!
Sometimes shipping rates don't populate in a timely fashion. Search queries in the history tab can also take a long time to load.

Customer service phone has always been answered by a real person and everyone is always nice and helpful. Whenever I have a question or a problem, I know customer service will be able to help. Overall, I'm very pleased with the simplicity and integration with my website platform.
XPS offers a great solution for printing labels, tracking delivery status, and integrates with many website platforms. Since the integration with Wix, it has made my life much simpler!
I wish the shipping labels could be customized a bit more, but they are sufficient. The cost of shipping is high and the discounts are not much compared to retail at the Post Office.

We only need to use 1 shipping software for USPS, Fedex and UPS. It would be nice if they would also integrate with regional shippers such as SpeeDee Delivery
All orders flow in easily from Amazon, Shopify, Ebay and others with no issues, and then send tracking back to those sites. No additional work needed on our part.
It does not pull variant photos from Shopify orders, it uses the main item image. This can be very confusing for our shipping staff if they are not paying attention to the item number and description but going by the picture.

Customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced. You get a 1800 number and someone picks up immediately and is able to solve nearly all problems. If they charged for customer support rather than hiding a 3% credit card fee, we probably would have stayed.
Easy to use and makes it easy to pull overall time in transit - this is critical to our customer's satisfaction score.
The surprise 90 day 3% credit card charge. Our lead employee noticed an issue with one package being over charge, we investigated the overall invoice only to find a 3% fee tacked on. I'm sure it's in some fine print somewhere but it felt like a scam. Moving off XPS quickly became the highest priority.

XPS allows us to quickly ship orders, and we are very pleased.
XPS is easy to learn and works smoothly with our orders from Shopify and Etsy. I love the option to process batch orders, and the ability to create scan form for drop off at the USPS. Rates for USPS are great!
I’ve found my rates for UPS or FedEx are high, but this may be in relation to the type of account I have with those carriers.

XPS is a workhorse. It's a straightforward, hardworking, and reliable resource that I use all day every day.
Besides ease of use, XPS integrations allow me to bring orders from all my sales channels into one page. It's super easy to batch process address verification, packing slip printing, and purchasing/printing shipping labels. I couldn't run my business without it.
The one feature I'd like to see added to XPS is integration with QuickBooks to automate cost and inventory transaction reporting.

We are very pleased with XPS, and have referred it to all of our retailers as well.
The easy to understand navigation of the screen itself. Easy program to learn.
The only thing I'd like to see added to the software is a "reship" or "ship new order" to a same customer or address, ie, repeat customers. I would also love to be able to customize the user screen to remove things our company never uses so we don't have to scroll the page so much when creating a shipment.
