Customizability is cool but not good enough. Used it on a few landing page forms and intake forms. Super easy to duplicate forms.

not easily integratable into anything other than wix. They can improve on integrating it with other platforms. having more control over styles, etc.

123FormBuilder is an easy to use form builder that allows me to quickly and easily create custom forms with a few simple clicks. It has an intuitive drag and drop interface which makes it very easy to create the form I need. I also love that I can customize the design of my form with the help of the in-built design tools and that it can be integrated with various third-party apps. The analytics feature is also great as it allows me to track the performance of my forms and make necessary changes.

One of the things I disliked about 123FormBuilder was the limited customization options for the forms. While it was easy to create forms and collect data, the forms lacked the ability to customize the look and feel.

This software is a must-have for my business. It offers everything I need as it offers over 2000 template forms and has comprehensive form solutions. Integrates well with numerous software programs.

Forms sometimes freeze when integrated into Wix websites.

Other form systems we use look much nicer than 123 Contact Forms, but their functionality towers any competitors. So the biggest con is on design, not functionality.

I used to use google forms which compairs nothing to this. Firstly, more users interacted and liked the form more, and it gave me better stats and customisation.

HTML codes were not always working, had to tool around with them but thankfully with the help of the Support guy Chris, we were able to get to a solution.

I have many forms with a lot of my eye-catching graphics. The software allows me to generate forms that get results.

Even with a paid subscription, there is a limit on the number of questions you can ask. You can pay more for additional questions but for us, we maxed out the budget. We found ourselves asking fewer questions on a scholarship application because of this limitation.

It's really easy to create forms, surveys, and polls without having to write any code. I also like how you can customize and style your forms to fit any brand. Plus, you can easily embed forms on your website or share them via social media, email, and even text messages. 123FormBuilder also makes it easy to track responses and analyze the data.

It is versatile. We can use it for surveys, contests, donor information forms, volunteer forms. It is easy to use, templates are easily edited to customize for our needs. I also like that encryption is available for submissions.

The reports can be a little odd. I would rather that it just report the option that was chosen, rather than showing all the options with a YES or NO to indicate if that option was chosen.

Has some bugs that have taken the developers more than a month now to try to fix.

With it being a relatively new software there are bugs. They do improve and fix them, so if you are reading this in two or three years you probably won't have nearly as many bugs to deal with!

123ContactForm allows fully customized multilanguage forms. The customer service is very efficient through a real time live chat available anytime i needed. My interlocutor was very professional and could solve all the problems/doubts that i had.

Somehow pricing for entries is a bit expensive

The number of fields for forms is countless! In addition, 123FormBuilder has several security mechanisms that allow the form to be used for any use. Even for contests! The ease of creation and finding what you need, and if you don't find what you are looking for, the service always answers you in 1 day! Our company will not stop using 123FormBuilder anytime soon!

There are very few weaknesses of 123FormBuilder, the only thing I could think of was having a chat so I could have my questions answered, but by email, I always get the answer by the end of the day.
