Avangate provides incredibly finite control over products, pricing and promotions. The platform is highly configurable.

With power comes complexity. The left sidebar menu interface is a little overloaded and could use a simpler re-implementation.

I am located In India and and I was looking for credit debit card online global solution and you know what 2checkout full-fully my dream. On-site payment solution as well as offsite payment solution for USD payment. Use was able to make their payment with credit and debit card on-site. I can say the best and wonderful experience.

Right now if user cancel the payment or subscription, the same not reflecting on 2checout account. I need to check it manually every day. I think 2checkout should work on their APIs

The best advantage is the TDR rate is much lower than their biggest competitors in the payment gateway industry like Stripe. Also 2checkout provides native support for card details entry on merchant website, which helps to build trust, customers doesn't get redirected to their gateway page to enter card details, this is what I love about it.

Lack of marketing, Lack of innovation, I feel 2checkout hasn't progressed that much of stripe, their woocommerce github repo is almost 2 years old, no sign of interest in fixing bugs etc.

This platform allows us to receive online payments for all the products we sell, it is very easy to integrate when you get your account approved, it has API in many website development platforms. The commissions are not so high compared to others.

The only problem I have with this platform is the customer support, they take too long to respond, when I joined this company they took 6 days to approve my account, and we all know that in ecommerce time is money. Also, any inquiry I make to support takes up to 2 days to respond.

It wasn't easy to find a provider for subscription. I tried other services, but 2checkout offers all I wanted.

The financial information is given in many currencies. I would prefer to see all the data in dollars.

Platform support is really good and they really take care about each request. They have huge number of options but sometimes it is hard to tune them in the right way as they are quite messy.

We are using platform for more than 2 years now and missing the critical feature to allow us passing discount information from our site to the platform without entering it in Avangate cPanel. We also were trying to set up subscriptions for our products but lost in options. 20-30 connected with each other features made it impossible to set up without a good knowledge of how do they work. Platform developers made it over complicated. Commission rate is 5-8% that is quite high. Administration UI is old - coded in early 2000 and requires a good product manager to be sorted out and redeveloped.

Connects quickly, it had a ok to low transation fee. Felt safe and robust.

Shopping cart integration had some issues that we cleared out, but a little more info or service on their end would had been nice.

Their transaction fees are reasonable, and they do have a free monthly plan + %fees for sole traders and freelancers, unlike many other payment providers.

Their customer service, it took them more than 40 days to review my application, they recommended tons of changes for my webstore, after I changed everything they asked me to and followed all their policies and guidelines, they rejected my application without giving me a clear reason, afterward, no one ever replied to me discussing my issue and how they could help me resolve it.

Flexibility, multiple payment methods supported, multiple currency support, great management tools.

A little tricky to implement, you need to have a team with previous training.

The 2Checkout helps a lot with the online payment management. It is so much intuitive e gives you plenty options about products and services that you can offer, integrating all of them in so many plataforms and transations.

It is kind hard to implement at first and sometimes something in the process could give you some trouble., which is why I think that the support could be a little faster.

The automatic calculation of all taxes like VAT in different countries around the world is very impressive.

Responds to customer support tickets are very slow. Once the ticket is submitted it takes at least few days to review by Avangate team.

One thing that I liked the most about them is that it offers the simplest, easiest, and quickest onboarding process.

Good pricing. Good range of payment options. Great customer service ( both for myself as a customer and my customers who purchase through them ) Deal with tax complexities such as VAT allowing me to focus on developing and selling my software.

Not many. Their website / application is looking a little bit old. It's functional but a little bit dated.

Always great customer support, when requested, quickly provide solutions to problems. Having someone else handle the payments just allows us to worry about other aspects of the business, especially, makes it easier when having clientele from all over the world!

Quite a lot of double charges have occurred on separate occasions - basically all clients in a couple hour span got double charged, and the amount of accidents only confirms that it was definitely not the case of human error. Everything was solved quickly on their part, but it created inconvenience for the clients.

They have a very robust API and their platform is pretty comprehensive with a LOT of features.

The platform is very complicated and not easy to understand or use. Also the delay in payments is about 2 weeks. Their fraud protection could use improvement. The platform is not very intuitive at all.

Easy checkout, concise sales reports and clear payment dates. The payoneer card integration is really great as well. The Google authenticator 2 factor login also makes me feel secure regarding access to my dashboard and funds.

The rigorous application process is lengthy and frustrating. Building a successful business online is very difficult and the last thing you want to feel as an Entrepreneur is to be subjected to scrutiny that makes you feel like you're a criminal when you just want to do business the right way. They need to make it more fluid and customer centred.

On dashboad i did not get any instant chat support regarding to my queries, you should add instant chat option for account holder

Awesome country support, completeness of product. Detailed info about and full control of payments and subscriptions.

Development process is not that smooth, not that easy to get started with, a lot of work is on developer.

The system seems like it could be one of the best. We saw this as a Swiss army knife for our purposes.

We have been trying for months to close a deal. Our initial contact person left the company - and with him, our chances of reaching anyone.

It's great for international merchants and has no setup and application fees, great developer tools available.

Not suitable for card present merchants nor for the high-risk merchants. Great for small businesses delocalized.

It was the easiest product to use. Implementing products, changing prices all at once, and implemented the Invoice part is the best thing that they can do.

I like least that we can not use the software for all our business, but we need to have different accounts for every business that we have.
