I used it to "finalize" my songs when I'm done producing them. I add 1 second of silence at the beginning and end and normalize volumes. Sometimes I even use Audition to add a fade to the end of the song.

It wasn't the cheapest product on the market. BUT, you get what you pay for. Don't forget that.

It was easy to learn how to use. I probably don't use 75% of the features but it accomplishes what I need it to accomplish

I don't know what most of the features do and I don't find the tutorials very helpful

If you're an Adobe suite user, audition is the easiest way for working with audio. It's userfriendly and looks really familiar; if you're used to the adobe look, you'll feel right at home and navigate through the software in no time.

I hate the fact that you can't use midi with adobe audition. If you're an adobe premier video editor that also creates sound designs, the best way do it is through audition, however, the monent you decide to add midi, you will go mad looking for forums that will only tell you the same thing. Audition does not support midi tracks.

The noise removal tool in this software has saved many projects for me. I have been able to completely remove room noise from audio recordings by simply sampling silence before the talent speaks.

The limiter plug-in is not my favorite as the range you set doesn't seem to be accurate, but it gets the job done.

I love the quick use of the program and the ease of use. I was able from the first time do everything I can basically do in pro tools which took me a couple weeks to learn.

I least like that the software doesn't allow plugins like pro tools would such as auto tune and audio sampling. So this is not a killer on the deal but just needing to mention that you will most likely use this for basic audio recording.

I jumped right from GarageBand to Adobe Audition as a new editor years ago and because of this it seems intimidating. However, Adobe Audition provides you with so many features that it is hard to produce a bad-sounding end result! I've even been able to save audio that sounded terrible and turn it into a great piece. Two key features to make this happen: Adaptive Noise Reduction, and Parametric Equalizer! Even as a beginner, they will make your life so much easier!

The only difficult part about Adobe Audition is taking the time to really learn the features and their purpose. Jumping right into trying to edit audio will drive you crazy without properly taking the time to play around with the program and follow a few tutorial videos to understand the basics.

The connection with Adobe Premiere Pro to improve audio fast

Is not intuitive and it's expensive because to make sense you will need a subscription to Creative Cloud

More audio editing features compared to the built-in features in Adobe Premiere. If someone needs to edit sound accurately or create a spatial perception of sound, this program is for him.

The price could be lower. More built-in presets could be added to speed things up.

Adobe audition has a wide variety of audio editing features such as multitrack, audio restoration and waveform editing. It allows users to easily Integrate with the creative cloud of Adobe. It also has automation features.

At first the price is moderate but when upgrading, it turns to be very expensive.

It's pretty much easy to use if you are familiar with recording programs. This particular program has many effects on the voice which help with a lot of my videos.

It's not the best recording program as far as making music and adding a lot of plug-ins. Other than that it's great for the basic.

-The dynamic link in the software, and whole creative suit package has saved a lot of time and efforts. -It comes included with Adobe creative suit package. -It comes handy as a reliable voice recording software. -remix feature helps a lot to trim or to increase the duration of the Music seamlessly.

-the save feature doesn't works as other software in package, -the export feature in multitrack mixdown doesn't allow to same name as previously used name (even if we want to overwrite the file its not allowed) -majority used feature are now included in premiere pro

Great integration with Adobe Premiere and Aftereffects with the dynamic link feature. Excellent noise reduction and refined audio editing features. The graphic interface is very similar to other Adobe products.

As with other adobe products; it not only depends on a subscription option but also a lot of the assets and media elements are not bundled but separate through the Adobe stock library.

I really enjoy the easy media library and media combination options the program provides. Adobe is notorious for making simple things overly complex, but specifically uploading, splicing, and editing audio content within this program is pretty easy and straight forward. I have never had any difficulties with it. I also really enjoy the CD layout feature for my personal use, as I am able to create mixed tapes with my content with ease, and I have not found any program who could rival it in terms of reliability and speed.

Some of the recording, video editing, and more complex features the program offers are really complicated, and I haven't found a help page or video yet that can walk me through it with ease, as the constant updates also change how you are supposed to accomplish said tasks to the point where I typically use a different program and only use Audition for the audio portion of my needs.

What I like most about this software is that it allows you to make radio or wave mix And mastery. And it has amazing tools that are simple to use.

What I like list about this software is that it doesn't give you the freedom to make key shifting or advay autotune.

Adobe Audition is a must have product for professional music people and along with aspiring ones. It is feature rich.

The price is a bit high and also takes a bit of time to learn the product. There are so many features that it can be hard to learn all of it.

Adobe Audition has many tools to make better your audio and change the way it sounds whatever you want it to be.

There are some tools that could be developed. For example, the noise reduction feature. Is the one I use too much and it does a good job, but in the case of too noisy audios the sound becomes too artificial after the advanced reduction.
