PressWise has allowed our company to reduce the touches required to get jobs into production.  We have integrated Pressero with PressWise.  With this setup, we are able to have the orders injected directly into PressWise with all of the product specifications.  The files are automatically transferred, and as long as there is a product tied to an imposition template, production has a pre-imposed file ready to go.

On the rare occasion that I need to contact support, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive.  Simply put, this is an excellent product.

Best pricing engines for configurable products - in the print industry this is needed, because nothing is off-the-shelf.

The training is terrible. They don’t tell you the things you want to know, and right now I’ve been trying to schedule a training session with them for almost a month and they won’t return my emails.

There are a few specific limitations that are difficult to get around. The don't have cumulative pricing or many other features that are needed for apparel type items.
