Pros

The ease of navigating the features of the plug-in are easy to implement and customize, and the customer service has been phenomenal to work with. They quick response time and are eager to help.
I was given a beautiful, clean user interface on a website powered by WordPress, with excellent plugin integration and SEO capabilities.
Very grateful for the system and all that it does. A genuine thank you for the support staff as well.

And on custom services their turn around is rather quick. Puts XMPie support to shame.
Otherwise it is difficult to fault the product.
From initial contact to live and functional website, the entire process had a hard deadline of 1 month... which they met in 3 weeks.
