Pros

Being able to interface with Amilia from so many aspects, we know that they are a great choice for businesses who need online registration. Great company, great people.
Amilia is a great platform with tons of features. There was a learning curve when adopting the platform, however the on-boarding and support team were super pleasant to work with (and still are).
I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.

Pros

Campium has been a life-saver. The forms, the tracking, the communication and most of all ... the customer service ... has been the best.
We used it for our camp this summer and were very happy with the system. Customer support is excellent.
We also received many compliments on the system from our camp parents. Overall it is pretty easy to navigate and is very user friendly.

Cons

Try EventBrite, Attendify, even a WordPress plug-in. Avoid Amilia at all costs, unless you are willing to anger and lose your user base.
The inability to change tax rates (native status card holders) makes billing for those customers difficult as well as ensuring I calculate our HST information when doing the books.
It was not catered to my business type specifically. It was hard to explain to customer service exactly what we did, as they did not understand our business type.

Cons

We have one product that is charged every week to a different group of people. This group is 120-150, we have to individual sell that product to each person.
He walked me through the (ridiculously confusing) online payment part of it, and seriously went above and beyond to get Campium working exactly right for our particular camp.
Running reports is tricky and some reports we aren't able to run, but Campium continues to work to meet our needs.
