Pros

I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.
Easy to use, Great user interface, common sense features, great ROI, and amazing customer support.
Amilia has been a great help to us, helping boost revenue and making our lives easier with its features.

Pros

Keeps the insurance company happy too. The help options are very clear, although we have written several instructions that are very specific to our processes.
The hardware looks great and operates really well, the installation has allowed us to promote our facilities, offering the community easy access, and working towards the growth of our sport.
It is great to have all our members information at hand in 1 system. We have only received positive feedback from all our members thus far.

Cons

I had to chat with them often for technical problems, and rarely they can solve my problem. They are only opening a technical ticket and getting back to me weeks after.
For all the features, it's not as flexible as I expected. I was looking for something that would increase communication with our families, but this system made it worse.
Lack of real integration with website (only nested window). Unintuitive purchasing process for services (and products) for clients, even those who are familiar with the software.

Cons

Lack of low-cost options to enable direct payments via the site, e.g. using poli which is essential for once off visitors to our training sessions. Lack of membership attendance tracking.
The lack of a limited admin role - you can either see everything but edit nothing, or see and edit everything.
Banks are still advising their customers no to use POLi.
