Almost Great, with Glitches

It is OK. It has served its purpose. Next season (May 2020), I will be looking into other options such as Jack Rabbit, Amilia, Gems Up, etc.

Pros

Very few softwares existed for my unique business (All Star cheerleading and tumbling), and this caters to our business.

Cons

There are multiple glitches. If an athlete signs up mid-month for that month to be prorated in the Parent Portal, every month after that shows up at that lower prorated rate, instead of going back to normal. I have to manually change it back. The Kiosk app always logs out when the kids accidentally hit the little house "Home" button, and then my front desk staff has to continuously go back and re-log in. Customizing amounts is too difficult and glitchey for me to auto-charge people. I ultimately have to go through each student one by one to ensure it is correct.
