Pros

Being able to interface with Amilia from so many aspects, we know that they are a great choice for businesses who need online registration. Great company, great people.
Amilia is a great platform with tons of features. There was a learning curve when adopting the platform, however the on-boarding and support team were super pleasant to work with (and still are).
I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.

Pros

Beautiful interface and many integration options. Very effective for managing subscriptions and great for marketing purposes.
Great features and reasonably priced. We love that our clients can sign up right from our website and that their is a single sign on feature.
The software is easy to use for our company and our members. Updates are often implemented to the program to keep up with technology advancements and to improve ease of use.

Cons

Try EventBrite, Attendify, even a WordPress plug-in. Avoid Amilia at all costs, unless you are willing to anger and lose your user base.
The inability to change tax rates (native status card holders) makes billing for those customers difficult as well as ensuring I calculate our HST information when doing the books.
It was not catered to my business type specifically. It was hard to explain to customer service exactly what we did, as they did not understand our business type.

Cons

Membee is not mobile-friendly, which is a real pain.
Having no prior knowledge of this system and no training of it when I started this job, I was able to log in and use the tutorials right away.
We're a smaller organization that has limited resources, both in terms of manpower and finances.
