Pros

Being able to interface with Amilia from so many aspects, we know that they are a great choice for businesses who need online registration. Great company, great people.
Amilia is a great platform with tons of features. There was a learning curve when adopting the platform, however the on-boarding and support team were super pleasant to work with (and still are).
I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.

Pros

The ability to collect credit card donations on site is awesome, better yet there are no external devices to break or lose. Our puppies and staff love memberplanet and can't thank them enough.
We can effectively communicate with our group quickly and as frequently as we choose to do so. On the two occasions I had to contact MemberPlanet for assistance, they were on it like super sonic.
MemberPlanet's all in one dynamic platform is AMAZING and their customer service is a dream. Their service team is truly there to help your organization use MemberPlanet to the fullest.

Cons

Try EventBrite, Attendify, even a WordPress plug-in. Avoid Amilia at all costs, unless you are willing to anger and lose your user base.
The inability to change tax rates (native status card holders) makes billing for those customers difficult as well as ensuring I calculate our HST information when doing the books.
It was not catered to my business type specifically. It was hard to explain to customer service exactly what we did, as they did not understand our business type.

Cons

The first two seasons were chaotic featuring many arguments, missed payments and feelings hurt. For a second, I didn't believe that our league would last and then a friend told me about MemberPlanet.
Inability to manage members by bulk. Absolutely terrible tech support or responsiveness to customer needs.
Can be a little overly complicated for some users to start, especially if they lack technology skills.
