Pros

We have really enjoyed being with SpotOn. The biggest reason we enjoy it is because of the great customer service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.
The support is award winning in my opinion. Quick responses to early on questions and transparent pricing.
With SpotOn, not only are you getting great software, but you are getting a great team.

Cons

Cons

The real time feature that allows you to instantly make changes to any platform of the system allows for no lost time which is crucial in a high volume restaurant.
The only difficult thing with the way our restaurant is set up is entering tips. We are unable to enter tips while the order is open and being used.
Minor changes that needed to be made were handled by the support team quickly with no interruptions in my business.
