I like how easy it is to use, design and update our site. We are a growing non-profit start-up and needed a low cost easy to use and update platform for our website. b12 customer support has been excellent and helped me set up a site that has been easy for me to use and update as we grow. As the only paid employee of a small growing organization, my time is at a premium and I needed to be able to update the site easily and quickly. b12 has fit the bill perfectly.

The flexibility of the templates? eg the font size ... this is a key factor for our demographic which is mainly seniors who may have vision challenges etc.

It's easier to use than doing it myself with wordpress. The initial setup helped me with the STMP for getting info from my contact form

Not sure yet as I haven't had time to build on my website...which I thought that the designers would build out before I agreed to pay a lot of money for my site and the "maintenance"

The free demo interested me greatly, enough to try their basic package.

Worst support ever. Complete scam. Will not respond when you 'request' to have your subscription cancelled. Which is the only way to cancel your subscription.

The back office access to making changes and updates is a feature I enjoy. I like the combination of AI and human interaction. Some of the customer service personnel are very kind and treat me as if they want me to win! I am able to learn as I grow. The look and feel is exactly what I was looking for.

Initially I had trouble getting started on my website. I had no response from customer service and had to go to social media to get some attention. I have had trouble in understanding the various interfaces, i.e., SEO. I can make the necessary adjustments practically in real time. Plus the software is pretty easy to use, even for beginners like myself. And if I have any trouble, they are there to help me.

Not having subscription access and control online. Having to call it in or email, also no direct support call center. You have to email to support and wait for response. Sometimes its immediate and sometimes awhile. So if you have an urgent problem, it may be a couple days to be addressed.

It’s intuitive, feature rich (and adding more). The personal attention is amazing, even for a low end customer like myself. The followup has been great also. The pricing info is presented clearly and it’s very fair. I was in the IT business for over 40 years before I retired and this is the cleanest, simplest, and best managed business models I have seen for a web site development product.

Information can be extraction from another website while designing a website and then it well designed templates and themes

Themes are categorized according to the kind of website needed to develop and also easy to understand and use.

The speed of development and customization of each page with content specific modules is great.

The blog functionality is ridiculous -- you have to manually add blog posts to blog feeds, the platform didn't support more than 30 blog posts initially, and the process of posting a blog is laborious with lots of issues. If I didn't have a blog, I'd like B12 a lot more.

B12 is what entrepreneurs of small business like me were waiting today. Machine learning + educated humans turns building a website into a big pleasure. I made an amazing website only in 1 day and got SEO included for a very small price. CSR from B12 is amazing! He helped me to overcome some difficult issues over the phone and additionally walked me through other 3d party services which are not included in B12 to improve my website functionality. Definitely would suggest this platform for everyone and will launch couple more websites soon. Thank you again B12 and thank you Dan!

The ability to take all of the social media content I already had on the internet and put it into a usable and easily editable website got me going in a weekend after I had spent weeks trying to learn wordpress. I didn't use any of the paid services but rather just pay the monthly fee and have a website I can easily add to, change, etc, within their parameters. I love it!

The customer service I get is only chat support and only available 8-5 EST. That said, I'm not paying much. I could pay more to have full service and phone support but I don't really need it.

They are good at selling their technology

Don't go with this company. They will sell you on 'AI' technology and in-house designers who charge hourly and deliver total garbage. Their designers basically change colors around in pre-existing templates - I could've done this in 20 minutes. Yet they wasted 4.5 'design' hours and hundreds of dollars on a generic looking website that would've made my company look totally unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, I was told it's 'company policy' NOT to give refunds, which is a smart policy to have when operating a bad service. Customer service requires you schedule 30 minutes vs. just call/email when you really need them. Scam. Do yourself a favor, go to 99designs and get WAY better results.

Easy to use with the instruction given by support and other representatives at B12.

Occasionally had to contact support for help with changing out pictures on website. The picture would convert to black and white from color. They were very helpful and sent instructions to do it myself or even offered to change this out for me.

That I didn't find these guys sooner. I have been frustrated and had issues with other sites & programs as they either didn't understand what was needed, or they offered you a crude cookie cutter site or they simply dumped all the responsibility on you to cobble everything together.
